  1. as long as it's 3V it's probably good? right? ...guys?
  2. All silvers have this. At least all NTSC-U and Japan copies.
  3. Looks like everything but pops are back up. Their statement says they’re tweaking some issues and it’ll be back soon, but no exact date or timeframe.
  4. looking forward to congress not prioritizing a reasonable digital media support standard and we continue to own nothing.
  5. I would never in my life put my games in an attic knowing something could crash right through the roof. But maybe they live on a ranch and never have fallen tree issues. That said, dope set!
  6. Pokémon yellow. My team: snorlax, nidoking, jolteon, charizard, slowbro, dragonite
  7. Oh and my source is community members but I’m sure you could find some public documentation on game boy pcbs somewhere. I didn’t look super hard though because I had great info from people directly. I also used snescentral for the chips, which translates directly to game boy. I don’t know if they have anything about the pcb itself though, particularly for the date code module.
  8. It should apply for other game boy games minus third party. also different manufacturers format their date codes differently. The year is just above the pcb date squares.
  9. yeah so idk how i missed this but i would 100% buy one of these cuz the mascot is so cute
  10. Supposed to come q2 now. I assume that means 2028 q2.
  11. yo that's just unfair tho. amazing game to have.
  12. Just arrived. Very happy to have this game in a manageable size lol (looking at you, collectors edition)
  13. The rarity and desirability of the game helped a lot. I guess that’s why five different people were bidding over 80k lol
  14. It’s easy. What deep wallets felt like bidding that day, and is there a second person who is equally determined. Commence bidding war.
  15. That's fair. For me, it's mainly about how after this many years since the 2021 HA sigs, most prices don't shock me. lol Also, recognizing just how stinking rare these games are. 6 copies of this game, for instance? Might as well throw at a dart board for its final price. lol
  16. I’m surprised that on a forum about game collecting that there’s this much confusion about a sealed game in this print with only 2-3 known copies in existence. edit: apparently there’s 6 copies lol
  17. i only have three graded pogermans left. also there is def a subforum for sealed/graded. idk if that applies to show off threads though. either way, here's my loot.
  18. acceptance of collector preferences. The toxicity around sealed games is still potent in some communities (thankfully it’s pretty tame here). The reality is finding a sealed game is difficult. Are there scams / fakes? Yes. I don’t think that negates how desirable authentic copies of old sealed games are.
  19. I bought a Majesco print Mega Man X at the height of the boom in 2021. Yikes.
  20. I’ve always been more of a franchise collector more so than a console collector, and having done that (and more), I like that I’m in a position where I can occasionally upgrade and sell duplicates as it becomes relevant to my interests. :)
  21. They had all kinds of weirdness, like HA getting games graded faster than anyone else. It was the wild west over there. Between Haspel grading and selling tons of games and the chief grader getting his own SMB1 matte sticker graded (which got 9.6 overall). Even if he didn't personally assess the grade, the optics are so gross that had I known I probably would have just subbed everything to VGA. lol
