  1. They collect funds from the same tiny group people. Even when they do care about their constituents, they will never bite the hand that feeds them. I'm not saying "shadow government illuminati" stuff, I'm just saying that in all reality, if the leaders want to preserve their power then they have to play the money game.
  2. From my limited Google search, It's just the engineering HQ. He's probably just going to try to hire all the best recently fired tech workers in the area. Also, left/right is a lie. It's Rich/Poor. Talk to your local righty and you'll realize you have more in common with them than your elected (D) or (R). Every politician and billionaire only has one thing on their mind. Power. I own a small business and my corporate HQ is in Florida, and operate 49% of it out of NJ. I'm sure Elon is just doing whatever gets himself more $$$
  3. Oh I still want them myself, I'm just being nitpicky about the minor technicalities. Even still, Brazil is really hard to decode since it's all a mix of white/grey/black market stuff.
  4. Also, I think some of the pirate games in Brazil are still highly collectible. VIC for example makes their own cover art for their pirates, and their cases are amazing...same can be said for the HKGCC games as well. (and to a lesser extent, the Samurai indian games after they left Nintendo)
  5. https://bootleggames.fandom.com/wiki/Brush_Roller Another 60-Pin release, that I doubt they went through the hassle to contacting the developer for.
  6. Every other game by INTERATIVE (NOT Interactive) is a pirated ROM, so I have no reason to believe that they went ahead and licensed Fire Dragon from Gamtec.
  7. http://videogamekraken.com/famicombox-by-nintendo I'm pretty sure this list isn't comprehensive, but the exclusives on that list are... Akuma-kun: Makai no Wana F1 Race Gomoku Rebei Soccer League Winner's Cup TwinBee
  8. Damn, I was hoping I was wrong Also, like I mentioned before to you somewhere else, you can always go for the other 72-pin Mah Jong release with the FamicomBox version. But seeing that photo with Myriad / Supergun / Magexa, I understand why you want that version of Mah Jong. Also, FamicomBox has a couple of 72-pin exclusives. I can't go off memory, and I don't have the list of known releases handy, but I think it's like four of five unique games? Also, as an aside, you gotta get a copy of Futebol, Fighting Hero, and Crimebusters from Brazil. In the past I mentioned that Fire Dragon is an unlicensed exclusive, but I've since change my mind and consider it a pirate instead of a unlicensed release.
  9. I think they're just two loose carts inside a box with a big spacer on the bottom. What I still don't understand is why is an Italian company publishing an American Video Entertainment, and Tengen NES game in Australia through HES. ...I kinda suspect that these aren't actually full blown Australian releases, but instead Italian releases, sort of like how Supergun 3-in-1 is a "Gluk" release for Italy as well. Italy and Australia is PAL-A as well. (also UK)
  10. This makes me wonder, if you can go the other way around. I know that people use their freezers to remove security stickers, but I wonder if it'll work for a label.
  11. You people disgust me with your non-standard black or white socks.
  12. Goldtoe 656 Cotton. Nothing else matters. https://www.goldtoe.com/mens-sport-656-cotton-quarter-extended/ They're affordable. They're ribbed at the legs, and uniform on the feet. They're elastic. They're compressive without choking your legs. They wick sweat WONDERFULLY. The toes and heels are reinforced, so less wear and tear. THE ONLY better sock would be these socks...with copper or silver threads to prevent odor. But I buy new socks often enough that it never matters.
  13. I love underwear to the point that I consider myself an enthusiast. It started as a medical issue for me during puberty. I was getting something called Testicular Torsion and was at risk of losing one of 'em so I had to buy expensive pouch style underwear. Nowadays, I buy and review different pairs based on a bunch of criteria. A great pair of pouch style underwear feel like you're going commando, require zero-adjustment, provide all-day support, prevent leg friction, wick away any sweat, and are made of high quality materials... as an aside, they provide a huge bonus since they're basically the male equivalent of the WonderBra. I'll also echo @Code Monkey here. SAXX are great. In terms of favorites though? Well, I have two brands that I consider better. I will only share my favorite regular pouch underwear, but one or two brands I regularly wear do border on male lingerie since they come from companies that also make male lingerie. WARNING: All links are NSFW. No nudity, but...the nature of pouch style underwear leaves zero to the imagination. #4 - Hanes Comfort Flex Fit Total Support Pouch - ★★★☆☆ Material: Cotton The true entry level for pouch style underwear. These are still great underwear, but are still average quality cotton. Buy these at your local Wal-Mart. Everyone knows Hanes, so even if someone sees your waistband it's still super modest...just remember, Modal, Microfiber, and Bamboo are *so* much softer and comforting so you're missing out on the luxury of high end men's underwear by buying these. $6.32 / pair - CHEEEEEEEP #3 - SAXX Non-Stop Stretch (5" In-Seam) - ★★★★☆ Material: Cotton Not their best pair of underwear, but their best value. If you want "high end" men's underwear then I suggest #1 or #2 instead of SAXX's premium offerings. These provide high end features, at a more reasonable price and lower bar of entry. Get these if you're already past #4 and want to step it up a notch. $25 / pair - No minimum #2 - Separatec Basic Bamboo Rayon Dual Pouch Boxer Brief (6.5" In-Seam) - ★★★★★ Material: 95% Bamboo Rayon, 5% Spandex Double Pouch. These sacrifice a *little* comfort, but provide all day dryness. To the point that you probably don't need to shower at the end of the day (but please, still do so). $13.33 / pair, 3-pair minimum. #1 - Obviously Apparel - EliteMan Boxer Brief (6" In-Seam) - ★★★★★ Material: Micro Modal and Bamboo Rayon blend High end pouch underwear, with a logoless waist band. Great if you want maximum comfort while still being casual. $34 / pair (wait for a sale) Purpose of underwear is to protect your clothes from body fluids, and to fasten bits and bobs that move about. Boxers, Bras, and Socks are all types of underwear....so yes.
  14. Wow, I genuinely feel honored to be admired at all. Truth be told, even after all this time I still feel like a poser, standing on the shoulders of giants, still trying to learn the basics. ...chili vs. potato needed to be higher though.
  15. I like it. Minor gripe: I would give the variant names for black boxes, and silver boxes a more recognizable nickname instead of the generic in-descriptive wata name. Mine are as follows and are more informative IMO. Matte Seal Gloss Seal Cello Seal w/ No NES-GP Gloss Seal w/ NES-GP Cello Seal w/ NES-GP NES P XX System™ No Hangtab REV-A REV-A with Flap Codes Oval™ w/ 3-Line Warranty Oval™ w/ 4-Line Warranty Oval®
  16. Pre-Ordered Can't wait to get it. Looks pretty insightful on a topic I'm almost blind to.
  17. But...I wanna see it! Although, I know exactly how you feel.

  19. I hate generalizing, but my theory is they’re the initials of the QC manager on duty that day. As for why they aren’t always on there, or why even some things with the exact same dates have them while others don’t? No idea.
  20. Wait until you discover the zip code on the top of the box! Or the numbers on the bottom flaps … and date codes didn’t matter until @0xDEAFC0DE cracked them.
  21. I know…just scrolling through eBay I found a couple FML. Oh, PS. No consistency in the UPC stuff. DK Math, all flat lines….SMB didn’t get flat line until Oval TM seal. But excitebike? Well got it at REV-A So, good luck mapping that on a easy to read WATA style chart.
  22. It's not even my thumb @Gloves & @inasuma ... it's some random eBay person's. But yeah, I'm pretty sure they're aware of the variant to a degree since a lot of their cases say "Staggered UPC" versus, whatever they call the straight line of numbers instead. I just wonder if they realize both exist as a unique variant.
  23. Multiple have surfaced over the years, but they're all exceedingly rare. Someone owns a Super Mario Bros. with gloss sticker and NES-GP for example. More research is still needed.
  24. Well crap. Just as soon as I think I've figured it out, I realize that there's an entire layer of black box variant I never noticed before. It turns out, the way the barcode on the box looks like matters. Oh, and to make matters worst, REV-A is when Nintendo introduced the "Flap Codes" to the boxes. So you might have a REV-A box with NES-EB-USA on the flaps, or without. So it might be not just one, but two extra CIBs to the so called "pattern" @Braveheart69 why did I want to follow in your footsteps. You did this to me.
  25. @wu1fyy just wanted to say, I regret not teaming up with you when you contacted me during covid times. The site is great and it's something I always wanted to see done. Good job so far! One thing I suggest, is make the variants easier to read. If I go into Super Mario Bros. 1 page, I'm greeted with a 'VERY RARE" rating as the first thing and that, at a glace from a beginners perspective would make them think you're nuts, when in reality, the matte sticker is in fact very rare. I think it would be a wise idea to allow at least two, maybe even three lines of text before adding the ellipsis to cut off a title...that, or list the variant underneath the title.
