  1. I think the only spendy stuff I still need is a Stunt Racer Box/Manual, Super Bowling Box and Bomberman 2nd Box. I grabbed most of the other rare stuff years ago. Other than that I need about 100 random boxes and 15 manuals of mixed difficulty, but not too expensive.
  2. Finally snagged this one at a very fair price! Now I might as well finish up this set as I’m 80% done.
  3. 8.4 for me. Crazy to think this is probably Nolan’s second weakest feature film behind Dark Knight Rises.
  4. U2 is a garbage band for people with garbage taste in music. You’re probably a bad driver, even if you don’t think so. Soccer is the worst. New “pop country” music is the worst music ever created by humans. Anyone strongly on the far side of either of the main parties in the US, is not nearly as smart, or right as they think they are.
  5. Both, but they usually disappear as soon as they show up.
  6. Only Bowman, Topps isn’t tough to find.
  7. People chasing the trucks for boxes/packs of Bowman baseball because the Yankee’s future stud Jasson Dominguez has his first cards in them. Instant double-quadruple your money if you find boxes/packs.
  8. Cedar Cliff, was only $20 paying with cash! Easily should be a $200 plus game based on rarity.
  9. He helped me get one of the last tough ones from Canada for me!
  10. Well, the duo packs are known and rare. Personally some under the radar rares are that big box Karaoke game, Zatch Bell Mamodo Fury, Lost Kingdoms 2, Judge Dredd, Animaniacs, and Digimon Rumble Arena 2 (manual never pops up, always CB). There’s usually only 1 complete copy of those available at all times. Most I paid for a game I believe was Go Go Hypergrind recently at $150. I was lucky to get most of the expensive ones done years ago.
  11. Best movie George Lucas or Ron Howard have ever been associated with.
  12. Big bummer. Insanely talented, sound genre creating. Once Upon a Time in the West is as brilliant as a film as ever made, and the sound is a big part of that.
  13. 1943 Al Unser Racing Battletoads Contra Dragon Warrior 4 Excitebike Festers Quest Gauntlet Heavy Barrel Ice Hockey Jackal Kid Icarus Little Samson Mike Tyson’s Punchout North and South Operation Wolf Paperboy Qbert RBI Baseball Super Mario 3 TMNT 2 Uncanny X-men (Uforia if counting Pal) Vice Project Doom WWF Wrestlemania Xevious Yo Noid Zombie Nation
  14. I’ve never even played a single GC game
  15. You clearly have no idea what you’re talking about with sports cards. All pre junk era (1984-1993ish), graded cards are booming. Jordan’s rookie has not been $20 since the 80’s and has been steadily climbing since. New cards are as hot as ever, with rookies and autos the driving force with Topps and Bowman in baseball. Prizm in basketball, Upper Deck in hockey and a number of options in football. Even junk era rookies that are grading high are booming.
  16. Sorry nope, snagged that one many years ago.
  17. Hey all, I was at 440ish GameCube games about a year ago just through casual collecting. Only grabbing them when I came across them in the wild, plus a bunch of targets I grabbed from eBay, I thought were rare years ago and due to spike like Pokémon Big Box (under $100). I decided to get serious about finishing up the set and got the last CIB (Zatch Bell Mamodo Fury) I needed today, in person at a local store! I’m missing 2 manuals, Luigis Mansion and FIFA Street which I’ll grab shortly (pm if available). As for the rare multipacks, I only have the Resident Evil 10th anniversary and don’t really care about the others as I already have the individual games. I might grab them down the road if the price is right though. Below is a pic of everything, plus the list of the last 117 in order of when I got them, lower the number, the later I got them. Enjoy! Also, how rare is the Karaoke Big Box? I can’t find anything online about it.
  18. You just don’t get it, it’s plenty wise to think about anything that historically has gains as an investment, including games. Selling games that you bought as an investment for a profit is no different than selling a stock you bought as an investment for a profit. A $2000 profit might not be much to you or me, but it is a lot to a lot of people.
  19. You could say the same exact thing about stocks.
  20. Exactly, and now look at those pre war cards now
  21. eBay, but make sure they are well titled will likely net you the most.
  22. I don’t think anyone’s arguing that it’s easier, just that it’s unfair not to think of collectibles like games as investments.
