  1. I guess I’m glad that I have no idea what the Hamster Dance is?
  2. Robin Hood is my favorite Disney movie, love that it features Roger Miller, but it was really tough to not pick rescuers. Great movie with fantastic voice acting by some stars!
  3. Yeah, tons of really good movies from the sister studios for sure. I grew up on the non-animated classics like Swiss Family Robinson, Darby OGill and the Little People and Bedknobs and Broomsticks (some animation).
  4. Doesn’t count, not released by the same studio as the other movies in the poll.
  5. 2, 1, 1, 1 The Mariah pick was tough as I like both.
  6. Yeah, the original way gives a good look at the vibe of the movie, the second one isn’t close.
  7. While made by Disney, none of those movies are a part of the Walt Disney Animated Studios releases.
  8. Sure Akira is incredible and counts as “Anime”. But for more Disney-like movies, My Neighbor Totoro, Nausicaa, Castle in the Sky, and Kiki’s Delivery Service beat Disney or Bluth in the 80’s. Also, Grave of the Fireflies might be the best of all of them, but definitely not Disney-like.
  9. The best animated movies of the 80’s were being made in Japan .
  10. Pinocchio Lady and the Tramp(Alice in Wonderland a close 2nd) Sword in the Stone Robin Hood-best Disney movie of all time, Rescuers might be my 2nd fave though. Great Mouse Detective Beauty and the Beast Bolt (Treasure Planet and Atlantis both very underrated) Tangled
  11. Are you saying that the left is using systemic racism, because everyone knows that the right doesn’t want any immigrants here.
  12. There was a lot of back and forth on this a decade plus ago when these were found. Initially people thought they might’ve been Canadian versions, but most everyone settled on these being versions that were going to be released, then they signed a deal for a blockbuster exclusive, made the orange box and these never really got released. The biggest evidence being that all of the copies found came from Nintendo employees, or a Nintendo auction.
  13. Here is a pic from the NintendoAge thread of someone’s find. There were also 2 sealed found initially when Nintendo of Canada had a sale. I think @maximus_clean has one.
  14. Very close between SMB3 and SMW for me.
  15. Cincy is a little hotbed of that style of music, with many of them playing just across the river at the Southgate Revival House. I’ve gotten to know a few of them very well, check out Arlo McKinley, Jeremy Pinnell and The Buffalo Wabs. We’ve had Arlo and The Buffalo Wabs up to play at my buddies barn in MN.
  16. Yeah, tons of smaller bands/solo act out there too making incredible country music. I’ve had the chance to get to know many of them personally, and they are almost all very genuine, singing mostly about personal experiences, struggles and triumphs.
  17. That newer pop country rap is the worst music ever made, any genre. Thankfully good independent country has made a huge jump, with guys like Tyler Childers, Cody Jinks, Turnpike Troubadours and Sturgill Simpson leading the way.
  18. When people yell Freebird, it’s definitely more tongue in cheek than a real suggestion these days.
  19. If you’re playing Freebird, it’s a fiddle, not a violin
