  1. Question is when we will see the nostalgia boom for PS2? Maybe 5 or even 10 years ? Will the boom will be just as big as NES, SNES ? Like is Vice City gonna go up in price, like a $20 game? Will millennials ever care about getting their childhood PS2 and games etc. ??
  2. I don't normally play a lot of racing games but Burnout 3 is indeed great.
  3. Heck yeah. I love the PS2, reminds me of college. What are a few of your favorite RPG's and shooters?
  4. I'm loving the PS2 at the moment. You can find games on the cheap (albeit having to check for scratched discs), and with an upscaler they look ok on an HD TV. What games are your favorite ? Lately I've been playing Shadow of the Colossus, Okami, GTA: San Andreas, Burnout 3 and Capcom and SNK compilations. Also, with Rule of Rose going for hundreds of dollars, what are some other games to look out for that may increase in price in the coming years? I've been using the PS2 slim, the silver one and it works great!
  5. Ok I figured out the case situation, send me a PM about the John Elway Sealed copy. Thanks!
  6. I'm looking to get my first Sealed NES game and that John Elway is looking nice! Do you recommend a good way to protect and display a sealed NES game besides WATA ?
  7. I found a Smoke Grey N64 with controller, pretty much brand new at a church rummage sale about a year ago. Paid a couple of bucks. I found a few Sega Genesis games at an obscure thrift store. All were a few bucks a piece, sold the ones I didn't want and kept Gunstar Heroes. Ultimately paid zero for it. From a Craiglist wanted ad, I bought Bucky O'hare for $20. I cherry-picked a few game from what he had, I thought $20 was fair since he had no idea the value of anything.
  8. From my experience with Dreamcast and burned games, it takes a lot of trial and error to get them to work. Sometimes discs work flawlessly, other times just occasionally and other times not at all. I burned some myself and some burned games came with my system. But my Dreamcast was modded to play burned games when I bought it. Maybe try the burned games on a different Dreamcast? I also use an Action Replay to play imports, which is awesome. Long story short, try some troubleshooting. It can be a pain in the ass to get these burned discs to work but it feels so good when they do work.
