That just reminded I beat Commander Keen Ep. 1 in 2023... time to edit my tier rankings

I made it past the first couple bosses of Milon's but never finished the game. I would definitely need a guide too.

I probably should bump it up a tier, (I played it back in May so it wasn't as fresh in my memory). It's a really hard game. My high score was 25,650, playing on Difficulty 5, using shields, time warp, and penetrating shots, (but no guided shots) I always activated time warp right away to take out the mother alien on the first shot, and then every shot thereafter needs to take out at least 2-3 at a time. Don't use the shields until the time warp is finished.

I think the probability of Biden dropping out is increasing now that he is trailing Trump in quite a few key states. I don't think he particularly WANTS the job again, and is only doing it out of the belief that "he's the only one who can stop Trump".. but if that is gone then he really has nothing to cling to. right now his poll numbers are well below other 1-termers like Carter and Bush Sr. Who would the Democrats pick for their plan B? something tells me that its going to be a woman. My best guess would be Gretchin Whitmer, although Elizabeth Warren and Amy Klobuchar would be likely to throw their hats in the ring too. Kamala Harris is 100% not going to be it.

I don't think its comparable because its not a story and you aren't missing anything by skipping crap games other than not being able to say "you got every game". It's not even like missing a piece of a jigsaw puzzle because the only one who would know a game is missing is you. Some people just have an urge to 100% things and that's fine.

I probably played this at the arcade before, but I don't remember.. looks like a cool game though.

What little story it had was pretty forgettable. As a cinematic representation of the Mario games, it checked the boxes. I saw it on cable but probably wouldn't watch it again intentionally.

That loop kind of looks like it’s from a pinball game

I actually think I did better against Macho man than some of the other fighters. I nearly had him. The main difficulty with him is how short the time between his signal and his punch.

Punch-Out! is one of my favorite NES games but the furthest I've ever made it was Mr. Sandman... I've used passwords to fight Macho Man and Tyson and never beaten them either...

My understanding of passwords of this era is that they were so complicated because the weren't really passwords per se but really just making you enter a section of hex code for the program to run.

I remember Jake Tapper's article (rushed to publish the night Israel assaulted the hospital) claiming this was a command center. CNN inserted a disclaimer that it couldn’t verify the claim, but Tapper insisted on putting his name to it. He hasn’t addressed this since.

I just played the best Mountain King game I've had yet! Medal achieved!

I've seen it a few times and I like it. I don't know if it quite deserves its "classic" status. A little overrated.

if the movie sucks, than I guess the game shouldn't be held to a higher standard. The Roger Rabbit game on the other hand has no excuse.
