  1. That's pretty cool. Downtown Special: Kunio-kun no Jidaigeki da yo Zen'in Shūgō, was a stage play too..
  2. as soon as I heard the 2Unlimited song.... I just started checking what games featured that song.
  3. I think Die Hard 2 and Die Hard 3 are absolutely true sequels. They contain John McClain doing his superhero cop thing against terrorist/robber dudes. They have all the necessary ingredients and the right spirit... regardless of their provenance... in fact I think they are more legitimate than Live Free, Die Hard (which WAS written as a Die Hard script), yet somehow feels less authentic.
  4. I've played this for about 30 minutes... thought it was kinda cool, but also not really something I'd want to play for an extended period of time... so not really sure how to vote... I feel it deserves better than a "never going to play it" but realistically I guess that's just what it is.
  5. Same deal with Die Hard 3. It was originally an unrelated screenplay called "Simon Says".

I thought those things you called balloons were bombs?
  7. nope. Troll 2 was a completely unrelated movie.. The town in Troll 2 was even called "Nilbog" (Goblin spelled backward) Troll 3... well actually there are 2 movies called Troll 3... neither is related in any way to the previous 2 Troll movies. The first Troll 3 was renamed from a movie called "The Crawlers" about killer plants and contains no Trolls (or Goblins). The other Troll 3 is more of a fantasy movie, renamed from a movie called "Quest for the mighty Sword" which also contains no trolls (although it does have a gnome sorcerer.)
  8. Troll 2 was originally called "Goblins". The US distributor renamed it Troll 2, because they owned the rights to Troll and it was easier to market a sequel to an existing IP.
  9. very cool idea to do an audio clue. I'm okay with mixing it up here. Getting soundblaster vibes from that clip.
  10. just about every article on the internet refers to it as a jump scare: https://filmschoolrejects.com/exorcist-iii-jump-scare/ https://www.slashfilm.com/572812/exorcist-iii-jump-scare/ https://www.horrorbound.net/blog/onemovie-onescene-the-exorcist-3 I bet if you polled the people on this site, they would also consider it a jump scare.
  11. I made turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, mac'n'cheese, stuffing, garlic parmesan brussels sprouts, corn on the cob, cornbread muffins, cheddar bay biscuits, pumpkin pie.
  12. Last I checked most people considered the jump scares in movies like Psycho, Carrie, Jaws, Exorcist 3 to be among the best scares.
  13. I’ve heard people complain about overused jump scares: the cat jumping out of a hiding place while screeching… closing the medicine cabinet to reveal scary guy in the mirror behind them - but now your issue is all jump scares?
  14. I don’t think it’s right but M.U.L.E. Popped into my head
  15. correct. Sounds like Sumez figured it out too, but wanted to let someone else have the win.
  16. It's a PC game with infamous box art.
  17. The fnaf fan base is mostly too young to have gone to a pizza place with animatronics. also kind of strange to be offended by its popularity
  18. ADL has a history of spying on anti-apartheid activists and selling the information to South African intelligence agents.
  19. Cameron is the king. Its seriously insane how the top box office of all time is dominated by one man.
  20. He tried to do the same thing when I mentioned the grand central station protest.
  21. No one likes having an asterisk on their accomplishments, but for many, they don't have the time or inclination to get gud. So its either play on easy mode or only see 5% of the game.
