  1. Say some good things.......or bad things.........no, just good things. Seriously though, be honest. I do my best to make transactions as smooth as possible. "I find your lack of faith disturbing" ~Darth Vader
  2. Just saw this comment about the Fun N Games. I decided not to sell it and took it down. It is pretty crazy considering I haven't even played it once. Popped it in, saw that it booted up, took it out. I have no desire to play it. Thread bump...new stuff
  3. Got Breath of the Wild for Christmas, just beat it a few days ago. Not 100 percent complete. Still missing 5 shrines and about 10 sidequests. Might take me a little longer to 100% it cause I don't look for hints online and combing that map for 5 shrines will take me a good minute.
  4. I do have some cards from legends that are worth several hundred a piece. No Black Lotus though, If I did my life would look more like this......
  5. Dug this up while repairing a water main. It was sitting right next to the pipe. 1969 glass 7-Up bottle.
  6. At work right now and came across a pile of garbage on the side of the road with a sign that said "free stuff". Nothing special but I surprisingly didn't have Pikmin in my collection. Nice way to add it!
  7. Took this while waiting for an estate sale to open.
  8. Post a random picture! Any pic you want. Keep it interesting. DO NOT LEAVE REGUALR COMMENTS! DO NOT QUOTE OTHER PEOPLE! THE PICTURE MUST BE TAKEN BY YOURSELF, NO RANDOM INTERNET PICS! DO NOT POST MORE THAN ONE PICTURE PER POST! YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO POST A PICTURE, JUST ONE PICTURE PER POST, THAT PEOPLE CAN REACT TO! I am asking the mods to please delete any post other than a single picture post to keep this thread clean. Starting it off with this pic. I know someone in particular who will appreciate this.
  9. Thanks for all the feedback everyone! Seems like PS VR is slightly ahead in the polls and that $200 entry price is hard to pass up (I have a PS4). I'm gonna go with the PS VR right now and if I like VR I'll most likely try some other headsets out in the future. I'll let you guys know what I think about it once I've had some time with it.
  10. Pfft, I'd buy that fancy sticker seal Marry-O tape that I saw on that pawn program on the television. It's worth a million bucks ya know. No but really, if I cleared a clean million, half would get stashed immediately. Then I'd set up my Mom and Dad with a fat chunk of change, pay off my house, then start upgrading all of my lower quality CIB's. Then I could just sell off the lower quality ones without denting my windfall too much. Hopefully I'd be able to make some good investments, I dabble in stocks a little, and be able just to ride out this crazy thing we call life comfortably. P.S. - My girlfriend thinks it weird that I still say television instead of just saying TV.........is that weird?
  11. So I'm ready to dip my toes into the water and peer through the "screen door" into the virtual reality world. I have never strapped on a VR headset, with the exception of my Virtual Boy....lol, so I don't know much about them. Did a little research and kind of narrowed my interest down to either the Playstation VR or the Oculus Quest. Just looking for some direction here, mostly from people who have put some time in on one of the two or both headsets. Best Buy has a decent bundle deal for the PS VR right now that includes download codes for PS Worlds, Skyrim, Astro Bot, Resident Evil, and Everybody's Golf for $200. This kind of has me leaning in the PS VR direction. What do you guys think?
  12. That's cool. I'm still down with the Atari 2600. Like I said, there's still a handful of games I still enjoy playing. Kaboom being one of them, if I could ever get a paddle that works well enough. Also, Keystone Kapers is one of my all time favs and Pitfall is definitely better on the Atari than any of those crap versions they released for the early Nintendo and Sega systems.
  13. I think Little Mermaid is still a pretty good game for what it is. In a sea of bad games for the NES, this is definitely not one of them. It may not be as good as you remember but it's a solid game. Couldn't agree more. Atari was my first system and I played the shit out of it. Got a bunch of hand me down games and had close to 150 Atari games before my family lost everything we owned in a house fire. I remember staying up late with those atomic colors and blaring sound effects pouring over me from out of my 2 dial television. I love the memories of those games but that is it. I've tried to go back and play some but with the exception of a handful of games, they are all pretty horrible.
  14. Our Bengals like chillin' on some of my collection in boxes so we put a pillow up there. They don't really shed so I don't mind much. Bigger and darker one is Ollie and the smaller one is Abbie.
  15. Oh yeah, definitely learned a lesson. This was almost 20 years ago, I've done a lot of growing up since then. Didn't help that it was a pretty toxic relationship.
  16. Oh man, get ready for this one. So when Final Fantasy VII came out, I was in that shit deep. I played that game non-stop, pretty much did everything that could be done in that game. My girlfriend at the time loved just watching me play it, never touched it though. When FF IX came out, she got in on the action. She was super into the card game Tetra Master. Mistake I made was not giving her a dedicated file. She played Tetra Master on my main game file. So one day, we were chillin' in my room and I was playing the game. I got about 2 hours of progress in and then she wanted to play Tetra Master. So I handed over the controller. She was playing for about 20 mins or so and ended up losing a really valuable card. I was sitting there watching, picking at my nails with a pocket knife. She looked over and said she wanted to reset the game so she could get the card back. I realized I hadn't saved and would lose my 2 hours of progress. So naturally I said "Fuck No" but she wasn't having it and we started arguing big time. Well it came down to her lunging for the Playstation and hitting the reset button. I immediately, without thinking, screamed out "What the FUUUCCKKKK!!!", took the pocket knife I was holding and stabbed that mother fucker into the wall behind me as hard as I could. Well, I ended up hitting a stud and my hand slid right down the knife. Ended up getting 8 stitches.
  17. @Link Are you from Chicago? I see Just4Fun's stuff around here all the time. I actually used to go hunting for graffiti. I was pretty obsessed with it for several years. Still love it just don't have the time to hunt anymore.
