  1. Sonic the Hedgehog 3 released 30 years ago today, so in honor of the best* Sonic game's birthday, here are some of the games best tracks... that we may never hear in future rereleases (unless you like modding): Carnival Night Hard Times Ice Cap Launch Base Knuckles Theme, Act 1 Boss, and Stranger in Moscow Credits *Sonic 3 is my favorite Sonic game and if you don't think so, thats okay. You're still wrong, but its okay.
  2. A MErry X-Mas to you too @twiztor (and all VGS members) and thanks for the awesome gifts and card! (also excellent job on wrapping) I've been in the mood for some Mega Man goodness recently, so this is going appease the craving just fine. For the BIG guess, was this years @Secret Santa SrPelo @Mega Tank?
  3. I wonder if planning what would be played far in advance (like a month) would get more people to try and make time for it (barring emergencies).
  4. Winner Winner, Chicken Dinner! Not sure why Activision thought the game needed a different soundtrack for the NA/PAL release.
  5. I can see where your coming from... but I can't hear it (or anything aside from a title screen and sound effects) Music Hint #2 Music Hint 2.mp3
  6. Maybe I'll do another music hint tomorrow... but for today Also, not an Amiga game
  7. So the system I used was a later model (2DS XL). I just tried it out on an original 3DS and a few things to note: -When it asked for a system update (the game came out a few years after I last used this system), an error came up and the system reset itself. I tried a different copy of the same game and it updated just fine. -With the update added, I put the problem game in, ran it, and it got past the "Nintendo 3DS" screen... only for "An error has occurred." screen to appear. -I just tried it on the 2DS again and its getting the same result/error as on the old 3DS now. I don't know what to think at this point.
  8. I have a 3DS game that, when inserted, appears on the menu, but won't boot up (it comes to the "Nintendo 3DS" screen (example below) and then freezes). For a short time, opening the "Manual" gave me the message "The Game Card was removed", even though its still inserted, but then that started booting up just fine. The contacts look about as good as my other titles, that work without any issues. Has anyone else had a problem like this and if so, is there a way to fix it?
  9. Mmmmmmm, 9/10: not enough bearded banjo players. Unlike Phalanx...
  10. Tied for 2nd a few days ago. I doubt a first place win anytime soon though, thanks to my pro controller's right stick drifting. Also, most of the first place winners in my races seem to be Golden Fox users that spam boost to jump ahead and hope to refuel before someone else catches up and KO's them.
  11. OOOOOOOHHHHH BOOOOOOOOOOIIIIIIIIII!!! In again, like usual
  12. I'll take my Day 4 suggestion (Nigito) please. And thank you for hosting this, its always fun to see all the drawings you create.
  13. Carved this a few days ago (sorry about quality, taken with 20 year old camera) If it looks familiar, maybe you've played
  14. Correctomundo! And to answer @RH's question, its a browser game that later got a Steam release as well as a mobile version (no iOS version yet). I discovered this back in high school, and while not particularly interesting, there is something addicting about watching a number go up (and then making it go up faster and faster). Maybe I was overestimating how many people here mess around with browser games (Incremental/idle games to be more precise), but a correct answer was given so no complaints here.
  15. One last verbal hint before the final picture clue tomorrow: the game is free, but there is a paid version out there
