  1. I've only heard of it, never played it... someone else needs to figure it out though. (hint: the clues)
  2. Amphibia has some Sega stuff in the background Dreamcast and games in the season 1 episode 'Best Fronds' Saturn 3D Controller and Nights Intro Dreams during the first half of Season 3 (multiple episodes) Theres probably more stuff, but these were the ones I spotted and know what they are.
  3. Ding ding! Freezing Metroids later in the game nabs Kirby a meeting with bounty hunter Samus Aran and a Heart Star. Some other Nintendo characters also appear too (most being pretty obscure).
  4. No correct guesses still. I think somebody should be able to get it with this though.
  5. Since no one stepped up (and I had time to think), try this
  6. So if someone who hasn't gotten a chance to try and stump the rest of us really wants a turn, I'll forfeit for my spot for the next... 14 hours (12:00 PM CDT on September 7). If nobody takes it, I'll go again.
  7. I figured out the answer by reverse searching the image... though I don't know if anyone else here knew this existed (except for bronzeshield).
  8. Would now be a bad time to mention that setting Lives to 0 gives you 99 of them (on the original NA/PAL releases, not JPN or Sega Ages versions)? Also, I love that wicked Gargoyle Diver!
  9. A winner is you! Nothing else in the series even comes close to how creepy this thing is (the final boss btw).
  10. So I know the rules said 48 hours... but at this point, it's only been 46 hours and I kinda want someone to get this so one more image and hint (we're loosing the eyes for now, but its still part of the same picture) Hint: So contrary to the eyeball thingy making it seem horror-esque , this is a shmup. A shmup that was never released outside of Japan, but earlier entries in this series were.
  11. No one has gotten it yet so time for a larger crop ... plus a hint: This game never released outside of Japan, but earlier entries in the series have.
  12. The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening (2019)
  13. Super Game Boy: I do love the SP, but I enjoy playing on a TV and the exclusive features that only the SGB can provide (mainly the custom palettes for certain titles like Kirby's Dream Land 2 and Mega Man V)
  14. 7/10 I think Mega Man 2 is a great NES game, but when up against the other NES Mega Mans, its only above the first and maybe 4 (I gotta play them both again to truly determine it). The main reason being that (recently, oddly enough) it hurts my eyes - the BG flashes white for every hit on most Wily Castle bosses, plus the duration of their death animations (it does happen in the other NES games, but I think its at its worst here). Other complaints would be the final boss that can only be defeated one weapon while the rest (including the regular buster/default) HEAL IT, Time Stopper forcing you to use all the ammo until it runs dry (does changeing screens stop it?), the glitchiest block puzzle in any mainline Mega Man title (MM9 uses a fixed verson in Endless Mode), and it feels too much like MM1 when it comes to how the controls feel (a bit too heavy). Those problems/nitpicks aside, it still is a great time... honestly most classic Mega Man games are.
  15. Happy 30th, Kirby's Adventure! I didn't know this till recently, but the first level, Vegetable Valley ('Plains Stage' in the video above), has a slightly different intro in the PAL release. KirbysAdventure_VegValley_PAL_Intro.ogg.mp3
  16. GTA: San Andreas - 10-11 year old me loved driving around in a tank, blasting anything that moved
