There's nothing inherently dehumanizing or derogatory about calling a group a "new breed", it implies only exactly what they are - new kids on the block. You don't need some specific "term" to identify them, they're no different from anyone else.

Not a big difference in principle, however. You're implying it's morally okay to do infringe on the rights of the Metroid designers just because they're part of a big company, while doing the same to you would be wrong. Rules are rules; if you wanna make a cool game my suggestion is to come up with your own story/protagonist, etc.. Else you're basically just leeching off the creativity of others.

Imagine if someone started up a Twitter account or something under the name "Estil", and in the profile said "Estil from NA/VGS" and went around tweeting a bunch of things Estil disagreed with. That Twitter account gets like super popular, too, lots of big fans agreeing with all the really ugly shit it was saying (ugly in actual Estil's eyes). I'm sure Estil would have no problem with that.

To my knowledge you've not spoken with any mods on VGS about this sale with regard to providing any proof of any offers. You can respond to me here about the above (preferably not in novella format), but anything beyond that will be considered spam and removed.

HEY HEY! It's about time I get my butt to bed. I'm going to do my best to be up bright and early, aiming for a 9am EST start time.
