SJ and I will be going to Japan next month. We will be in Tokyo from July 10th to 17th, and I would like to take this opportunity to meet some people.

We want to organize a small meet-up for (FAMICOM/NES) homebrew devs in Tokyo, just getting together over a drink, chatting, exchanging ideas, talk about ours games and getting to know each other.

This Homebrew Tokyo meet-up will be either :
- Thursday evening July 13 (from 8PM)
or
- Sunday evening July 16 (from 7PM)
(maybe both dates if enough interest)

And for the location, it will take place at 8bitCafe:

Any dev, pixel artist, chiptune composer, creators interested in meeting up for a drink and discussing homebrew games?
Feel free to contact me.

It's a bit short notice, but given my location I actually could possibly attend, provided details get wrapped up sooner rather than later. When will you decide the date for sure? My vote would be for Sunday, no way I could do Thursday as I am currently limited as to how many personal days I can take off a month. This sounds like a really neat idea!

Yes, most of the devs I contacted would come Sunday, at 8bitCafe (Tokyo, Shinjuku).
Alson I might meet a couple of devs on Thursday, because they won't be available on Sunday and still want to meet me.
