  1. This is just pathetic. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13250905/Woman-jaw-wired-shut-stranger-punches.html This walking piece of feces gets off with a misdemeanor despite the severe harm that was done. Not to mention his lengthy history of this stuff. Who the fuck decided to cut him loose and do you think it just might happen again?

  11. There is a story (maybe true maybe not) about a British tar who ate an onion he found in a warehouse in Amsterdam during tulipmania. Turned out it was a rare tulip bulb and the sailor was thrown into the hoosegow until restitution was made.
  12. Tulipmania is alive and well! At least the buyer got free shipping. *Munches on an onion I found lying around - at least I think it is an onion of some sort.*
  13. It is high time to get with the times and start in on laserdisc........
  14. I have it on laserdisc - which I bought many years ago. It is available on DVD - Deep Discount has a region 0 import for $10. And Amazon has out of print copies for $40. Walmart has it for $12.65.
  15. Another infamous case was the writer/director of Clownhouse. Really good film but the whole episode cast such a dark pall over it that for a number of years the film was out of distribution.
  16. I have an extra walker you can have for shipping costs.
  17. Greetings groundling! And as the old joke goes "Is anything worn under that kilt?"
  18. I dined in! In case anyone is curious here are a few examples of tv dinners way back when. Some of them (like the first one) had soup that was covered with a sealed aluminum lid that you took off after baking.
