Alrighty, finally got around to it. Chopped ham, jalapeno, pickle, onion, havarti and Swiss cheese toast.
Saute the jalapeno, pickle, onion mix in butter. Fresh jalapenos are best since we are already using pickles.
Add ham.
Lay out the sammie.
Butter and fry on 6 because I like my cheese toast a little burnt.
Voila. Cut diagonally and serve with your choice of frosty beverage and hot sauce. I prefer Louisiana but Cholula is a good substitute.
