    Honestly, it's more of a Cubano than cheese toast. If I had black olives, I woulda fried them up too.

    Alrighty, finally got around to it. Chopped ham, jalapeno, pickle, onion, havarti and Swiss cheese toast. Saute the jalapeno, pickle, onion mix in butter. Fresh jalapenos are best since we are already using pickles. Add ham. Lay out the sammie. Butter and fry on 6 because I like my cheese toast a little burnt. Voila. Cut diagonally and serve with your choice of frosty beverage and hot sauce. I prefer Louisiana but Cholula is a good substitute.

    One of the greatest Christmas movies of all time right up there with the original. I don't see how anyone could consider this a weak entry in the franchise, it straight rivals the first one and has a better reveal about 2/3 through the movie. Plus the T1000 is in it. It's all downhill after Die Harder. Vengeance is still pretty great with a strong performance from Sam Jackson but they drop off pretty hard after that.

    I like it when the final level or boss is still challenging but it's just a step down from the previous. So not quite a victory lap but you still gotta put in the work. TMNT 2 comes to mind. Krang is a pain in the ass and even though you fight two Shredders, it's a little less of a pain in the ass. That mutant zapper is cheap as hell though.

    Y'all ready to feel old? Assuming a 2025 release date, we return to Vice City in GTA VI 23 years after the original release in 2002. GTA Vice City was released only 16 years after the year it is set in, 1987.

    Godammit , I really want to play it but no way can I justify that time sink. It'll take me a year to get through it.

    How are those DVD-Rs holding up? I assume yours were all imaged but I can't imagine they'll last much longer. My CD-Rs that are that old have started falling to bit rot recently.

    None of the Mario games are actually Mario games. It all started as a spinoff of Donkey Kong featuring the protagonist (antagonist?) Jumpman who kinda just became Mario. All subsequent games are just Donkey Kong games including SMB series, Land, World, Kart, RPG, etc.

    Last time I went, it was $20 for a double cheeseburger combo. Sure it was good, but it wasn't McRib good. That's sit down restaurant money, not fast food burger money.
