  1. Does anyone have a complete in box copy of Castlevania Adventure for the Game Boy that can tell me if any posters or inserts came with the game? My copy only has the manual, and I can’t find pictures online of any copies that include anything beyond the box, cart, and manual. Thanks.
  2. Wata does now list the “cassette” manual designation on their labeling, but it seems they didn’t know about it when they first started grading CIB games.
  3. Yeah, thus why I believe Wata’s grading of complete in box games is pure trash. They consider games to be “complete” without any inserts or maps (anything beyond a box, cart, and manual). If your copy has a “game pak” manual, it isn’t a first print, no matter what Wata says.
  4. Does the manual say “cassette” or “game pak” on page 11. “Cassette” would be a first print manual.
  5. Use Bestine or Un-Du (same ingredient as Bestine, but easier to find).
  6. EBay’s recent policy change does nothing, as the high bidder can just refuse to pay. Even if eBay starts banning such accounts (They won’t, as they’re perpetually desperate for buyers), the person could just create a new account.
  7. I will never buy a TerraOnion product due to the craptacularness of some of his products plus his non-support of said products. I’m waiting for Analog’s Turbo FPGA console, and all my flash carts are from Krikzz.
  8. Which model number is the console? It should be printed on a sticker in the center of the bottom side of the console. If it’s a model 3000 or 3010-A, I’ll buy it. Thanks.
  9. I’m not trying to troll here, but have any of you waiting for nearly a year thought about filing for a credit card chargeback when you finally receive your graded games from Wata? I’ve never tried a credit card chargeback for anything, so I don’t know if Wata not coming anywhere near their turnaround time would qualify, but I’d be really tempted if I had to wait that long.
  10. Bump. Updated list after making a local trade.
  11. Is there any significance the the items highlighted in yellow in the spreadsheet? I’m trying to find info on the “Sega Consumer Reply Card” insert listed for Phantasy Star II.
  12. That’s a great deal on the sealed NES Remix. I’ve been looking for a sealed copy myself, so if you want to resell it…
  13. Bump. I updated the list and added Genesis inserts and posters.
  14. Bump. Thanks to Dr. Morbis, and I updated my list.
  15. I have a JAL-SNS-US-2 registration card. Hopefully you have some of the inserts I’m looking for. Otherwise, I’ll mail it to you free, as I just received it and a bunch of other SNES inserts from another forum member. I’ll send you a PM tonight.
  16. Thanks. I figured that was the case. I’ll likely use eBay listings to make a best guess for each GameCube game I own.
  17. I also buy from Retro Protection. The owner is a great guy and has always quickly answered my zillion inquiries about oddly sized items. He even refunds shipping charges if he finds postage cost him less than the website estimated.
  18. Does anyone know of a list of the insert contents for GameCube games? I’ve been using the great NES, SNES, and N64 lists to go through and make a list of inserts my CIB games are missing, and a similar list for GameCube would sure be convenient.
  19. It’s version 9 in Wata’s guide. Manufactured in 1989-1990. The auction listing is just crappy, insinuating it was manufactured in 1985.
  20. I’m looking to buy these SNES, N64, and Genesis game inserts and posters to complete games in my collection. SNES Registration Cards: SQU-SNS-MO-US (FF Mystic Quest) KON-SNS-US-1 (Super Castlevania IV) SNES Advertisements: GP-SNS-USA-2 (x2) GP-SNS-USA-3 SNS-RI-USA (Super Metroid) SNES Posters: KON-SNS-US GP-SNS-USA-2 (x2) U/P-GP-SNS-USA-4 (x2) SNES Info Booklets: SNS-USA/CAN-3 N64 Inserts: U/NUS-NMWE- USA (Mario Party 2 caution) Sega Genesis Posters: Altered Beast (x3) Sega Genesis Registration Cards: Mortal Kombat registration card Mortal Kombat II registration card “Williams Warranty Registration & Free Drawing” insert (Ultimate Mortal Kombat III) Sega Genesis Consumer Reply Cards: CART 3/91 (x4) SW 1/92 Sega Genesis Inserts: Patents insert 670-1610 (x2) “Unleash the furious sound of Mortal Kombat” insert Aura Interactor insert
  21. I have 2 copies of Legend of Zelda for the NES. Both carts are early prints of the game that are 5-screw with TM on the label. The boards are slightly different for each cart. I’ve attached photos. Can anyone tell me anything about the board that has what seems to be a circled 1 printed on the PCB below where it says Nintendo in the corner? I can’t find any pictures of a similar board online and am wondering if it’s possible to tell which board was made earlier.
