During the DS launch Nintendo had a "touching is good" contest where you signed up and they sent you a white mannequin hand to take pictures with. It didn't have any specific Nintendo branding but I thought it was one of the weirder Nintendo promo ideas. I originally signed up and got one but never entered the contest. I did seem to lose it sometime over the years. Not mine but here's one...

I buy from GS constantly. Over the past 37 games I bought online last month, 5 were loose. I tend to buy 2 copies of everything I want just in case one doesn't come with artwork. If it doesn't work out, you can still return in store, but with sales like these, even loose games can be sold/traded at a profit. FTR I bought 26 switch games yesterday between the 5/$50 and the 20% off 2 under $20 sales.

Did we ever consider that maybe it's just a bad game? Unworthy of the seal?

Our main haunt is a Ralph's and you are right, their creme sandwich cookies are the best knockoff but the creme just isn't as creamy/smooth.

Especially when it comes to food, I mostly buy store brand because it's just as good as name brand but less. But when it comes to Oreo cookies, I have yet to find a store brand that stacks up. Also one time I bought a Walmart brand water filter for our Brita and it made the water taste awful. Never do that again.

That disc read grind is all part of the PSP charm. I love it.

I'm moving in a couple weeks. My wife and I grew up in north San Diego county and we started our family here, but we can't afford to buy anything here anymore so we're going 45 minutes north into Riverside county. We spent 6 weeks hunting. We lucked out on the house we did get as they originally went with another buyer who dropped out so we got a second chance. We were prepared to give the hunt one more week before calling it quits as we didn't want to move the kids during school. Now we are moving on 8/7 and their first day at a new school in a new town is 8/11. List price was $450K, offered $465K, they countered and we accepted at $475K.

I haven't picked up my 3DS in almost a year but I just plugged it in and it isn't charging. Has anyone had issues with one of the cheap $6-7 replacements off ebay? Or is there another recommended option? EDIT: I found my spare charger and it turns out my original charger was bad. Nevermind.

According to Valve, they say it can do anything a Linux based pc can do, including playing games from the Epic store. So it would stand to reason GOG would work too.

Don't forget Animal Crossing New Horizons. What better way to take your mind off of living on a deserted island than playing a game about living on a sparsely populated island.

I was thinking today about Switch misprints. The only two I am aware of are Darksiders Warmastered (although I think the black spine was completely intentional) and Nickelodeon Kart Racers (misspelled as Nickleodeon). Are there any others? EDIT: I just found out there's a run of Gal Gun 2 with Wild Guns artwork printed on the inside cover.

Besides the bump in resolution, this looks like a straight port from the Wii version.
