I really like that one (despite the last level) and the gangsters in cars popped out instantly as a familiar element. The game is completely and utterly bonkers, of course. It might be an emulated C64 game ,or something like that. I have no clue, nor do I know what system but it feels slightly more primitive than the NES, but it also doesn't feel "Atari old".
