  1. Here's my "4 Great Games!" pack which I got from @Retrobuyandsell. I opened this one from factory sealed (it had some bends and dents on the box which gave me an opportunity to make it overall look nicer), so can confirm 100% these are the original contents. ^ Here are my 2 "6 Great Games!" packs which I got recently in a trade with @coffeewithmrsaturn. The 2nd one is factory sealed and I'm not going to open it. If anyone wants me to check anything specific on these please let me know! Nick
  2. That's crazy. I remember seeing that auction when it was live and at $1K and thinking it was a nice copy. I'm pretty sure it's just people wanting to own minty copies of that game that are mainly in the "investing" and "speculating" area of "collecting" (if you can even call it collecting at that point). Maybe they have some menial level of appreciation for the games, but after the 2 million dollar 9.8 SMB that sold my guesses is that this $6K CIB one is just one of the side-effects of that and the insane collecting market.
  3. I got this one recently in a trade with @jonebone. The carts that were in it are: The Powerpuff Girls: Mojo Jojo A-Go-Go - AGB-APTE-USA-1 Dexter's Laboratory: Deesaster Strikes! - AGB-ADLE-USA I'm unsure if these are the actual original contents... they could possibly be, or they could be a mismatch. The Dexter's Lab cart had some sharpie of a kid's name ("Roy", lol) on the label when I got it which I wiped off and thankfully it mostly came off okay, which lends that it could possibly be a mismatch that was added later if the original cart was missing. However, I could also easily see BAM Entertainment just mixing and matching carts without too much rhyme or reason like to get rid of them. I know that both -1 and non -1 carts do exist of both of these games.
  4. Hey that's my pic! Those are 9 print runs I've been able to discover, I'm sure there are at least a few more that exist. I still own all those in my collection so let me if any details or clarifications are needed for any of them.
  5. Wow. Congrats on a pickup of an extremely rare GBA 2-Pack release!!!!! Great story, and serves you right for being dilligent and doing so much research and searching on it, that you came across one available like that at some point when you were just doing basic searching/research on it, and not even really expecting to find it. And then you found one available. Awesome. Amazon is a treasure trove that lots of collectors tend to stay away from for whatever reason, but it’s a great resource to find games in for sure. I get tons of stuff there. It’s a completely different beast than eBay, but a good one to have and understand the nuances of how it all works. Nice pickup!!
  6. Great list!!!! I love that you have the Canadian Game Boy releases on your list as well. Very nice list.
  7. I wish I had more information for you about that specific case, but I have a WCW vs NWO Revenge branded Rumble Pak complete in the box, but it's branded the "Stunner Pack" (LOL), which was exclusive to Europe. Not sure if it has any relation to your case, but I found it odd/peculiar too when I discovered it as well. EDIT: Sorry, I just looked and the Rumble Pak I have is for WWF Attitude. Not WCW/NWO Revenge. Sorry for the confusion.
  8. Welcome!! Let's definitely see some pics of your NWCs please.
  9. NintendoAge was kind of shit, and had been shit for a great many years. Still, it's terribly sad to see it gone. Just last week I had referred a friend to "The Ultimate GameCube Variants Guide" thread made by the great NintendoTwizer which really was the greatest and definitive guide on North American Nintendo GameCube variants, and there's lots of threads and info like that which were filled with valuable information which I would regularly refer to for one reason or another. I get that the forum is "archived" now, but it's really not. There's so many threads like that which seem to be gone now, or at least are one step closer now to being faded away into oblivion. There's no reason the old NintendoAge forum couldn't still exist at nintendoage.com and just make people not be able to post on it or whatever. The GoCollect people really have no clue the difference between their asses and game collecting and a hole in the ground and it's sad. I'm happy to see this videogamesage.com forum and many familiar faces posting on it. Very awesome, guys.
  10. Anything that sells for $$$$$$$ on Heritage (which really is like 2-3 people intentionally spiking it up and money changing hands among friends to influence the market) is the next big spike!!!!!!!!!
