  1. Somewhere out there I'm sure a few people have complete sets. For most of us, I would recommend purchase what you will enjoy playing! Also, for those that remember the very start of LRG, whenever they had a new release, it was a bloodbath getting it. Glad they adopted the model they are using now.
  2. Looks really great! If you're looking for a story, you can always contact people on here to help or pitch ideas. Of course, I would also recommend reading anything from Poe, Lovecraft, Shirley Jackson, etc

  4. Is this comedy, or tragedy? I would say both...
  5. Also my favorite Fire Emblem music too!
  6. It does sound like 750 messages is the maximum amount. Honestly, not sure that's any reason to get upset.

    RPG Thread

Been playing Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition on the Switch. Yeah, it shows some age, but I forgot how amazing are the characters and story... well, truth be told you have to play through the entire saga (BG II and Throne) to get the full epic story, and it really is epic.
  8. Truth! and if you study astronomy, you find out that life on Earth will eventually ALL die, the Earth and Sun will eventually end, and in fact, there appears to more or less be an expiration date on the Universe... yeah, we don't know for certain about the latter. But, it gives you a perspective. Some people find it unsettling, but as for myself, makes me appreciate being here even more so
  9. I did not! I searched for "How old are you" and couldn't find a similar thread - did not search for "Ages" Thanks, probably should close this thread. Although a few people have answered it...
  10. Inspired by the Healthy Eating thread I thought it might be interesting to find out the ages of all the new/old members... edit: I'd be surprised if we (truthfully) have people in the 70s or 80s, but hey, it will eventually happen
  11. Huge fan of video game music, and I recently got PERFECT SELECTION DRACULA BATTLE Holy heck, is it fabulous (picture from otaku) Here is Bloody Tears!

  13. Conquest > Revelations > Birthright I know what they were attempting to do with Fates, give you different perspectives in the same game, but honestly the whole thing felt like a slug, especially on lunatic mode. It's a bit unusual, since from the getgo the game tells you to play Birthright then Conquest and finally Revelations, but it becomes almost like a chore. Although you definitely get lots of gaming hours out of it.
  14. Oh yeah, forgot about Fates. Guess it really didn't leave that much of an impression It was honestly okay, and on lunatic mode it's the most challenging Fire Emblem game. But, it's just not that fun. The Conquest version of Fates is the most fun, and is basically classic Fire Emblem, but Fates is easily surpassed by Awakening and of course Echoes.
  15. I've played every single Fire Emblem game released in NA, and Echoes is the best. Three Houses I consider barely a Fire Emblem game. It's more like a dating sim with some fighting on the sides. Awakening is also wonderful. Suggestion: start with Awakening, then go to Echoes, then sell Three Houses.
  16. Pamela Kreimeyer was standing with family members about 45 feet from the device when it exploded and she was hit in the head by a piece of shrapnel, "causing instant death," according to the sheriff's office. "It's believed that the projectile that struck the victim then continued another 144 yards through the air coming to rest in a field," according to the sheriff. Condolences to the family, but how in all the hells did anyone think this was a good idea??? Last year, Dennis Dickey (37), started a 47,000-acre wildfire because of a stupid gender-reveal party gag. https://www.yahoo.com/gma/gender-reveal-party-turns-tragic-iowa-woman-killed-212539634--abc-news-topstories.html https://news4sanantonio.com/news/local/border-patrol-agents-gender-reveal-party-ignited-a-47000-acre-wildfire
  17. Fire Emblem Awakening Fire Emblem Echoes -> BEST Fire Emblem game Dragon Quest VII Dragon Quest VIII There are definitely others, but those four will keep you busy. I would go so far as to say that it's worth getting a 3DS for Echoes alone, so that is likely my favorite 3DS as well as Fire Emblem game.
  18. Anyone here go to BlizzCon? It's pretty amazing how Blizzard used to be universally loved (Warcraft, Starcraft, Diablo) and is now basically as hated as EA. https://kotaku.com/after-a-terrible-2019-blizzard-is-going-all-in-at-bliz-1839425018 As the kotaku article explains 1)People have short term memory and their anger over the horrible mistreatment of Blitzchung and other issues may fade, depending on how "good" the upcoming games are. 2)Blizzard is run by Activision, so it's hardly Blizzard AND Activision - case in point, 800 employees fired by "management" (which clearly do not know how to manage things). Anyway, curious what people think. My stance is definitely in the FU Activision - I will not support them, which honestly makes me sad, since the Diablo II remake might be phenomenal... BUT. yeah, I hope Activision burns and Blizzard can get their soul back.
  19. Hey all, I apologize if this was already asked (I didn't see it posted anywhere) Can we bookmark threads for easy access ? I know there is a "Follow" thingy you can do for threads. Is that instead of a bookmark? Great job on the site, it looks really wonderful! Please consider perhaps adding a Bookmark tab for easy access later, and again, I appreciate everything people are doing!
