  1. I've been in a Pinball mood lately, so I went and cleared another one. True Pinball is done. Since there is no ending, I beat the default high scores on all four tables. Not great, but I did like it better than the Power Ranger one. Edit: Just finished another one. Beat the default high score in Pro Pinball.
  2. If you want to include Rhythm games, there's a bunch. Maestromusic (PS1), Maestromusic II (PS2) and Mad Maestro/Bravo Music (PS2) are classical music themed. I think most of the Donkey Konga and Taiko Rhythm Master games have classical tracks as well. Pretty sure the Daigasso Band Brothers games do too.
  3. There's a Beethoven in Welcome House, a Japan exclusive PS1 and Saturn game. I don't recall for sure which one, but checking a youtube video, it appears to be Piano Concerto No. 5 Emperor (it's not actually played in the video though).
  4. That looked very familiar to me. My first thought was MULE, but I knew that wasn't it. I figured if I thought about it few minutes, it would come to me, so I continued to browse the forums...and I'm sure G-Type knows what happened next. I only hunted a Wumpus in MULE, but never in Hunt the Wumpus.
  5. Played through Power Rangers Zeo: Full Tilt Battle Pinball...twice. Beating it on normal difficulty ends with the villain challenging you to play hard difficulty. The game is generous with lives and continues, so it isn't very difficult even on hard mode. It's not a bad game and I enjoyed it more than when I first gave it a shot years ago, but I think the Saturn KAZe pinball games (Last Gladiators and Necronomicon) are much better. Also played through Ray Tracers. Taito could have easily just called it Chase H.Q. 3D. It looks good and plays well enough, but kinda boring overall.
  6. It's okay. I'd like to give them a shot regardless if they're still on the list or not. I could still post my thoughts on them here even if they've already been beaten.
  7. That's it for the TurboGrafx-16 weekly contest! Hopefully those who joined in had some fun.
  8. I'm hoping that's what it is. I'm going to open it up in the next couple days. The Analogue Duo is something I'm considering, but playing old games on a modern TV never looked quite right to me.
  9. I'd like to join you on this if I can get my TurboGrafx-CD working. I bought a broken one years ago and never made an attempt to get it repaired. It powers on fine, but the disc doesn't spin. Hopefully it's an easy fix.
  10. I thought about trying to beat the Sega Master System library in the past. My problem is that there are games that I really, really do not enjoy. Not even a little. After 2 minutes with something like Great Football, I just have to stop. There's also the Sports Pad games which are nearly unplayable. I wonder how many people actually beat those without an emulator. Best of luck if you attempt that. I'd like to see it done.

  15. That's it for week 7! The week 8 thread can be found here: This was a game I was originally going to allow turbo when I was planning the contest. I wound up just banning turbo for every game though. I wanted to prevent runs from taking too long in these contests so one could make multiple attempts in a short period of time. That's why along with no turbo, all of the rules limit the number of lives that could be used or number of stages that could be played.

  24. I'm probably done with contributing to this thread. I only have a few of the remaining games, but they're not ones that I care to play through anytime soon. If we're going by the win conditions that were added to the OP, you should remove my completions for Bloody Wolf and Pac Land. I only cleared one loop of each.
