  1. Years ago, I had all my games in a spare bedroom. Collection wasn't really big, but had a decent amount. I knew where everything was though because it was right after I started getting back into collecting older games so everything was in a little dresser I had. Star Fox 64 and my Gyromite carts disappeared. Never found them either. We had a younger girl (early 20s) watch the house when we went on a vacation. I think she had her boyfriend over and I suspect he took them. Not sure why those two though when I had much more valuable things in the same spot.
  2. Man that seems like it would be some really tedious work! I bet you will have a real sense of accomplishment after it's finished. I'm looking forward to the finished project!
  3. I made a list years ago with the games I wanted for each system I owned. I've pretty much stuck to that list and then picked up additional games as I've learned about them or heard good things. So while it's not an expansive list, it's made just for me.
  4. It'll probably be the limited or collector's editions of regular games most likely. If I had to guess anyway.
  5. I realized a few weeks ago that I don't need all the stuff I had. I was debating on selling it all (because of the combo of high prices and waning interest) so I went through my games and picked out the ones I thought I would miss the least. Needless to say, those games are now on my selling page right here on VGS. I made a few sales, felt good about it, didn't regret it (yet), so I'll continue to sell as long as people want to buy them. But to say I am fully dedicated to selling is inaccurate because I am only selling here, nowhere else, so if someone comes along and offers me a good deal on something I listed, it's gone.
  6. Bump, still available!
  7. Yeah the name sounds about right! Thanks for the info!
  8. Hey all, was digging though random boxes of stuff I have and came across this. I remember buying this off NA back in 2016, don't remember who made it or what the contents were. I don't want to open it if I can help it. But does anyone have one?
  9. Hey sorry I just saw this. I would say it is high quality, and yes it is in a clamshell and is the NTSC version.
  10. Sold some things, but still available! If no other takers, stuff will go on eBay by the end of the week.
  11. I was able to figure it out. Seems that there were seven different releases of the game, all with different art on the disc.
  12. Hey guys, I've been going through my stuff to see what I want to keep and get rid of and I came across my copy of Lunar Silver Star for the Sega CD. I couldn't get it to work in my model 1 before I boxed it up to ship off because the back is scratched pretty bad, but also, when looking up at images online of the disc, it seems that I have a different release than what is the more common version. Could someone tell more information about this release if anyone knows?
  13. True enough, even with that though and having bought these a while ago, if they all go in the 200 range that's almost $400 in profit. I'm letting them go anyway, might as well maximize the return if I can.
  14. With that price on the Spider-Man repro, I might have to get my copy and the other three releases in that set graded and sold! Can't believe they are grading repros!

    Downsizing!

    Done Selling for now!
  16. Saying Video Game Masters vs The League of Darkness doesn't help explain anything. Maybe provide a link with a bit of background info?
  17. Yeah, went into this thread not knowing what the post was about, still don't know what message was trying to be conveyed.
  18. I am enjoying this game as well. Kind of stopped playing it before Christmas as I've been playing through Spider-Man on PS4, but I'll get back to it when I am done. Respawn sure does know how to make some good games!
  19. I used the Kallax shelves from IKEA with essentially a cardboard box that fits in the cubes. It's a nice minimalist look and each box holds a crap load of games. The red drawer thing holds all my controllers. I've considered putting a label on the boxes, but I pretty much know where everything is, so I don't need to advertise it.
  20. Didn't buy much in 2019, maybe I'll continue that trend... not sure, but focus has been on comics lately so maybe I'll hop back on the games this year since the comics I still need are getting very pricey..
