Looks like the box arrived at my place toda! I will go through and have it out by the end of the week. I'll post pics of what I take when I get a chance to open it. I'm out of town until Wednesday night so it will probably get opened and sent back out on Thursday or Friday.

Honestly, the only ones worth anything are the cards for specific high demand villagers like Marshal, Bob, Ankha, Lucky, etc. The actual amiibos don't really do anything since they are all NPCs and you can't invite them to the campsite.

Yes. It would go towards the down payment. The only way we can swing it would be to raise an additional $200K from what we would already make on our current house. This would knock a big chunk out of that, obviously. I've always said when people see my game room and ask that I would take $250K with a smile. Now I am thinking more seriously about that question.

Most of this collection was assembled through yard sales and flea markets in the early 2000s and buying from all of you back in the NA days. I have no proof of purchase other than physical ownership.

I wonder what the best course of action would be? Maybe compile a list and post an Ebay listing with a high BIN and see what offers come in?

My wife and I have an opportunity to buy our dream home and I am seriously considering selling off my collection. I never thought I'd get to this point, but here I am. My collection is easily in the 6 figures with over 3500 games and a ton of rarities. It ranges from Bally Astrocade to Xbox 360. I think I would hold on to Switch but maybe not. The games I would want to keep are easily attainable. I don't know. Just thinking. Are there even people out there buying right now? How would one find such people?

I just finished the restaurant in my second house. What a chore! Easily put in 40+ hours into that house with all the time travel to order all the things. But, it turned out really nice. It scored 162,000 on Sunday for a Gold HHA trophy. Super proud of that. Now taking a break from decorating and trying to get all the photos from my villagers. It's tedious too haveing to time travel to give them each a gift each day. Hopefully, tonight I will get a couple of them. I started with Roald and Ankha. If this method works, I will go with Coco and Raymond next, then Judy and Tia and finish with Julian and Marshal to have all of my villager photos. Then the update...

Aren't the servers pretty dead for Splatoon? I tried to get on there at the beginning of the year and it could barely find me a game.
