  1. I've had this issue before as well, which ended up just being stuck in their system for a week until someone found it and delivered it. I've had it delivered to a wrong address before too, but I called the Post Office in that city where it happened and they went and picked it up (thanks to the other place being a company that didn't need it), and they delivered it properly that time. Not sure if that would work for you, but I'm sorry to hear of no good updates for you. At least the game isn't very valuable CIB.
  2. Thank you, just submitted my support ticket on 4 joy-cons with drifting issues. I have a good working third set, so I'm sure they will last until Nintendo gets around to my turn.
  3. I tried the free demo on Switch and even bought the game and played awhile. Seems alright enough and fun to learn about, but it's not my first choice to go play. If I ran out of games to play I'd probably give it a solid go but I guess it doesn't interest me that much.
  4. Welcome aboard! Getting some of that Jeju blackened pork?
  5. The Orville is more Star Trek than Picard or lower decks. Plus Orville is pretty funny and has a lot of people who worked on Trek before working on this show too. I just can't get into the new ones. Haven't watched Discovery but I don't have high hopes for that either.
  6. Honestly all of your write-ups are incredible to read. They are funny and keep me motivated to want to read more. Thank you for all your hard work.
  7. Maybe it's my age and all but seeing how modern gaming is going, there ends up being less and less games I'm excited about trying out. So many games are just retellings of other games already done dozens of times. As an example, how many different zombie games can I play and feel they are all unique and different? In the end you still have to run for your life and find items and survive. The market is just flooded and there are too many choices out there, so I end up being generally not caring about any of the choices. I'm not a fan of buying a new version every year. I'd rather stick to NFL 2003 or even just one for the current gen than needing to buy the most up to date sports/FPS/new entry in whatever series every year. I'd probably be happier if they released games from other consoles on current consoles that haven't been re-released before. It's a definite money maker for the studios due to newer gamers seeing it for the first time, and you don't have to feel like you need to buy them all, just buy the rereleases you liked. Just an idea.
  8. Welcome! Just found this place too after seeing the dump pile that GoCollect did to NA. I'm enjoying finding everything here and bringing stuff more back to its roots. Everything is just so mellow and relaxing here.
  9. I've done a mass selloff before when I didn't enjoy the items I've collected. It ended up being worth it to me. Sold off over 2000 titles over 6 months. I've also rebought a few things I've sold before, but overall it was a very cleansing experience and I'd suggest it if you have definitely lost interest in your items.
  10. Just that people don't seem to know how to take a picture or sell something properly. A blurry picture where I can't read the game titles, look at the disc or labels and see if they are in good condition or not. It's either too close so you don't get to see the edges, or it's so far away when you zoom in it's all pixelated and you can't make out the details you want. The descriptions basically say, "I just quick posted this with no details, buy it". Pricing being all wrong. Torn and ripped up labels, chipped carts and broken pieces but still working? Clearly it should go for 140% of the current value. Not to mention all the chinese knockoffs you have to skim through to get to the good authentic stuff but that's another story.
  11. I agree to both, both are very good games. I'm also quite fond of 3D World and hope it will get a rerelease sometime.
  12. Purchased, saving thread for recycling.

  14. Thank you. Yeah I've been reading some of the other new member posts and I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who found out so late about it. I feel bad about all that good data and posts that are just gone. I assume some people have been working to archive everything but it is still a huge loss.
  15. I'm glad to hear it. Dragon Warrior is something special, I even bought the (not so good) version on the Switch eShop.
  16. I would always read it at work when I had some down time, so this is perfect! Thank you so much! Glad to be back everyone!
  17. Haven't been on in a long time, come in and saw all the drama that happened with NA. Sad that it happened but was kind of expected that things would change away from people's liking with the sale of the site. Either way did some searching on there and found this site where it seems a lot of people are at. Here I am and hope to get back into things. I really missed reading the SNES list ranking of all times, hope I can find it here as well. As some of you may remember I had 100+ transactions on NA and 1000+ on eBay so I'll be making some deals here and there. Glad to see a good site has come up from the remnants of the old one.
