Wait this is a real mouse? I thought it was for NES. Weird. Looks cool, but I'm on the ergonomic mouse train after Path of Exile wrecked my hand.
REAL mouse. The "wheel" is a touchpad between the buttons... Its 90's ergonomic.

@barrels, I like your sig
I'm also in front of a computer most of the day. While I can't see myself using this long tern it would be fun for a while. Plus, a nice addition to the collection. I've always liked the "odd" NES hardware, and this would be a nice addition.

You got this @TheBiRD. Four more and you're done. I've been watching the number go down over time. Best of luck!
@Jfreakofkorn, you have to throw the IP in there (not sure how long that will work).

The 8-Bit Guy documented his experiments with the method not that long ago on YouTube.
Can confirm. This is where I got about 90% of the info from. The heat part is tough unless you're doing something small. 8-Bit Guy is in Texas so lots of sun and heat for him to do larger pieces.

I ask because I got alcohol on it and it came off red on the paper towel, quickly switched to soap/water in that area, looks fine now not smeared but nothing like scaring the crap outta ya self.
Ah ok, when you Retrobrite, there isn't any rubbing/scrubbing. For the cream you apply a layer of it, wrap it in clear plastic wrap and let it sit in the sun (or under UV lights). For the clear, you just mix the solution with water, submerge the plastic, put it in the sun. Ironically the sun is the what makes the plastic yellow, the hydrogen peroxide plus UV light (and heat) is what undoes the yellow.
No scrubbing, so if you're thinking about doing it, I think the red will be ok.

Can the peroxide mess up the red Nintendo entertainment system logo on the door? I have never messed around with retro brite-ing, but wanna do the yellowy one above.
I think they used tank paint for that logo. LOL. It didn't affect any of the paint on the Gameboy I did.

Ordered
$44 CAD shipped, yikes.
I do flat rate shipping on all international orders. I tried doing it by location, but every single time it was always more and I was getting burned at the post office. I can assure you if shipping is any less @Code Monkey, you'll be refunded the difference. Thank you for your order!

For those interested these are the two products that aid in the "Retrobrite" process (always wear gloves and eye protection when using these, they're strong). Lots of videos on YouTube on how to Retrobrite. Some are better than others. For me it was trial and error and I had more success with the clear than the creme.

I apply the cream with that paint brush.
Then cover it with the Saran Wrap.
After that put it in the sun for a couple hours.
careful don’t let the cream dry. It can scar (melt?) the plastic.
First, AMAZING results, I'm very impressed.
Second, I did the same with the Gameboy I restored, its in the first pic. I did hit the issue you mentioned about "scarring." I think it was also due to not moving the cream around. Anyway, I've switched from the cream to the 40 Solution mixed with water. There is little chance of scarring and you get a nice even application.
Again, really nice work!

I'd say so. I played it for the first time 4 years ago and loved it. Not sure how it'd be going from this to the older one but the game itself is great.
3DS one is ok but if you didn't play it you're not missing out on too much.
Thanks! Good advice. I actually have the LM1 and my GC is set up, maybe I pop it in and check it out before getting further into LM3.

I'm only about three hours into but loving it thus far. This is really my first go at LM, is worth firing up the Gamecube and playing the first one?

I thought that was someone else entirely. What they were doing wasn't any more legal than time walk, so I wouldn't expect that to be tw guys again.
Is rcg still active? I found them pretty off putting with their smugness
I suppose I'm wrong, thought I heard that was the case. RCG is still going. I've bought a few stands from them, their other stuff is pricey. What did they do that was smug?

I guess we're letting any one in here! LOL
Welcome!

Didn't the TW guys shift gears and start Rose Colored Gaming?

Maybe @Ferris Bueller can chime in. He was tracking sales for a some time.

Can we post information / pictures of adult video games? Must we sensor them out or are we able to post a NSFW tag and post in general? I'm not aiming to post hardcore porn or anything, but in my region, a lot of 18+ games exist, and sometimes they are relevant to console gaming, documentation, etc.
About illegal items: is it still ok to sell old bootleg carts and what not, just like how it was on Nintendo Age? Not talking about 1:1 repros , rather old pirates coming out of Taiwan, Hong Kong, etc back in the day.
Probably a good rule of thumb, if you can't sell it on eBay, you shouldn't sell it here. As for the adult games, you mean like Bubble Bath Babes or M for Mature? I think the pirate games from the places you outlined shouldn't be a problem. Let me discuss with the VGS team for a final answer and we'll add the details if needed.

I do not have that level of patience. I'd want to see it put together too badly. You know you have to post the pic of it altogether, right?
