Believe it or not I came up with this one all by myself 😄

So I was really looking forward to this Bar-B-Q that was supposed to have prime rib. 🙂  Sadly when I got there they said the prime rib was all ruined...but not to worry!  They had some spare ribs! 😄

Anyone here heard of the legendary Jerry Clower?  Here's a couple of gems 😄

PS: If I'm ever caught in a flood (not likely where I live though) I will NOT go with them unless they let me take kitty along.  I'd just as soon in that case we do take our chances with God takin' care of us! 😄

Hmm.. I’m actually an engineer but I don’t get this one

(31)8 = (25)10

Step by step solution
Step 1: Write down the octal number:
31
Step 2
: Multiply each digit of the octal number by the corresponding power of eight:

3x81 + 1x80

Step 3: Solve the powers:

3x8 + 1x1

Step 4: Add up the numbers written above:

24 + 1 = 25

So, 25 is the decimal equivalent of the octal number 31.

Octal 31 or October 31st to Decimal Conversion = DEC 25 or December 25th
