I can't believe you've heard of this let alone actually seen it.  It was good but haven't watched it since that era.  I'd catch it again if it showed up on my streaming feed.

This is a movie I've bought three times (DVD, Blu ray, the Scream Version from your trailer).  Before Cabin in the Woods came along, this was the best deconstruction of horror.
