Here’s a picture of the caps that need replacing. They are by the big plug on the cord that hooks into the snes.

Yep I’ve had mine for awhile. I had the issues with the monitor colors being weird too.

@Doombot It is definitely the three little capacitors in the scart cable. Someone at a tv repair place or something like that might replace those for you for fairly cheap.
