fcgamer | 4,986
Has anyone here ever visited the notorious electric map at Gettysburg? What about the battlefield itself? Let's discuss.
MagusSmurf | 579
I went to Gettysburg on a school trip and saw the battlefield, yeah. Don't remember seeing the map though.

DefaultGen | 5,721
The #12 of 12 things to do in Hanover? I'll be sure to check it out if I run out of literally everything else to do in Hanover.
fcgamer | 4,986
@DefaultGen : Hanover and Gettysburg are two different places, though probably 45 minutes from each other. Gettysburg attracts international attention due to the historical value. Hanover has nothing for tourists, imo, though I've heard it's got a few microbreweries recently. No idea where the electric map is, if it's even still around. When they built the new visitor centre , it was removed and the building torn down, it wasn't relocated whilst I lived in there, anyways. themisfit138 | 523
I have been to the battlefield a few times. Once on my 8th grade field trip. Then a few years ago. When I had a training class to attend in Columbia, Maryland. I didn’t see any electric map though.
drxandy | 3,278
I visited with my family like 20 years ago, it was beautiful to see the scenery on a walking tour of one(?) of the battlefields. May have been more but memory isn't with me unless I were to go back. We even did a ghost tour which is not really something I would expect my parents to be into but I loved it! Kguillemette | 1,600
Went with my family about 18 years ago. The main thing I remember is the presidential wax museum that was in town. The battlefield museum was okay also.
a3quit4s | 4,323
I used to drive right by the battlefield when I was visiting NY from MD. Never stopped though. Not much of a history buff I guess
