This was really hard to pick, way harder than my actual favorite Bond movies funnily enough, but I went with Live and Let Die & The World Is Not Enough. Some of my other favorites are Goldfinger, Diamonds Are Forever, A View to a Kill, GoldenEye, Tomorrow Never Dies, all of Craig's themes, and especially The Living Daylights. The Living Daylights I would say probably has second place as far as my personal favorites go, it's really good for sure. Love me some a-ha.

Oh wow, I completely forgot about that! Yeah, if we're counting this as a technical Bond theme, this would have to be one of my favorites too, haha. I'll occasionally find myself humming this song to myself, not actually remembering where it's from.

Live and Let Die, there cannot be another, though A View to a Kill is also pretty top notch. I do really like all of them though.

Live and Let Die is definitely one of my favorites, although The Living Daylights just barely trumps it for me as far as pre-Brosnan era themes go. One of the first live shows I ever went to was when Paul McCartney was touring a few years back, and he played Live and Let Die at that stadium show I went to, it was pretty wild. There were some pretty good pyrotechnics, and I wanna say there might've even been fireworks, but I can't quite remember, it was awhile ago.
