Box (NES-DV-USA) Cartridge (NES-DV-USA) Manual (NES-DV-USA) Nintendo Power (GP-NES-USA-1) Precautions Booklet (NES-USA/CAN-2) Capcom Reg Card (CAP-NES-US-3) Textured Black Sleeve Normal Styrofoam Piece I just happened to find this while scouring eBay.
