    Removed several entries from Super Fighter Team as, like much of Piko's catalog, they are not newly developed homebrew games, but are re-releases of games from the licensed era that were either available in certain limited regions or canceled games.

    Added a few overlooked Genesis games from Good Deal Games' catalog and other sources: ASCII Wars, Code Eliminator, Invasion, Mega Quadro Pong, and War in the Machine.

    I think it's a little more complicated than that. There is a trend that makes it necessary to have advanced degrees to distinguish yourself in some fields, but knowing which fields such a degree has currency in. For our grandparents' generation, getting a high school diploma is what opened doors; for our parents it was a college degree. The problem isn't that a psych degree has no value, but that for people who want to pursue a career in that field, a college-level degree in pysch is insufficient; grad school is necessary.

    Added the GB release of 4000AD a chiptune album by PROTODOME, who you might recognize as the artist who also released this as an album-on-a-chip.

    Agree with the problem growing with the rise of social media. People think that the ability to say something equates to having a default assumption that anything they say is something worth listening to.

    They’re based out of Germany. They started off looking like an alternative to LRG and SLG and even did a re-release of the chiptune soundtrack to A Hole New World, originally sold by LRG. They appeared on my radar when they handled the KS for the GB homebrew Tobu Tobu Girl Deluxe.

    I suspect if this goes well, First Press Games will do more homebrew collaborations to bring more games to the Famicom.

    With all that’s been said, I’m thinking that the next time I bump my WTB thread, I’ll include a bounty for one of the much rarer items and see what happens.
