They recently put out a sort of non-update for the NES Sydney Hunter but there isn't a sense of timeline. But what you just said exactly, I'm not sure they do have the time. It's a bunch of announcements and little substance to indicate progress, so aside from Justice Beaver, it's not clear they are actually doing work right now on those other games.
I did a bit of research and learned that while they are generally a repro seller, gamereproductions.com sells copies of Sly Dog Studio's Pegs with Rob's permission. So I believe that qualifies as a legitimate release worth including in the Almanac.

With pre-orders closed, I've moved Dead Tomb to Category 2 (meaning the game is no longer in-development, pre-orders have closed, but it is not yet available).
I've also moved a number of in-development Category 3 games to limbo in Category 4 because there has been either no recent news or recent news suggests these games won't be completed in the near future.
