  1. All I have time for lately with a toddler is watching the full filmography of Miss Rachel over and over and over.
  2. Yeah, I do the same with Directors and Actors/Actresses. Have ran through the majority of the filmographies of quite a few now like Sturges, Capra, Hawks, Ford, Hitchcock, Bergman, Chaplin, Miyazaki, Kurosawa, and Kubrick for directors, now working my way through Tarkovsky. On the acting front I’ve seen nearly every movie of Grant, Stewart, Dunne, Arthur, Bogart, both Hepburns and Wayne.
  3. It pains me that only 2 others have seen The Philadelphia Story!!!!
  4. 100- I started going after the list in the fall of 1999 after watching 12 Angry Men in my dorm room. Finished the original 1998 list, the 10th anniversary list, 100 Laughs, 100 Thrills and 100 Passions as well over the years from AFI. Currently working on world wide lists like the Time 100 and 1001 Movies to see before you die. A lot of incredible movies I would’ve never given a chance without the lists.
  5. Thanks, I never actively went after the screw variants but grabbed them in the wild every time I found one I didn’t have. The only one of around 60 I ended up with I didn’t buy at a local mom and pop shop was Goonies 2 that I snagged off of NintendoAge from a buddy. Truly had no idea this one was rare until today . I know I passed on a Gotcha as well at $15 because it was double the 3 screw.
  6. Found a 5 screw Metal Gear in my collection as I’m going through it to sell everything. Still had the price tag of $6.29 from 2010 on it, any idea of what it would be worth?
  7. It’s not easy, but I think it’s natural that the older you get the more you come to grips with your own mortality, which makes watching those older than you go downhill a little easier. One thing having a child has shown me is that the alternative would be much worse, in watching one of your children struggle with health problems.
  8. 1111 didn’t know or listen to the last options
  9. Killer guy to work with, don’t hesitate if you have something he needs!
  10. 6 for both. Both have been staples on my local classic rock radio station for decades.
  11. 6 for Crossroads 9 for Regulate (nice!). Regulate features arguably the best sampling in rap history from Michael McDonalds I Keep Forgettin’
  12. I had a nice option to use, but decided to put a golf simulator in instead . But yes, the kid/s are/will be taking up the other spaces.
  13. Voted 7, was probably a 9 for me when it came out but wasn’t as enthralled with a recent rewatch.
  14. Anyone here going as a vendor and want to split a booth? Looking to sell but only need a couple/few tables.
  15. I hear ya. Finally started listing the collection last week. Was really weird when I shipped the first game, now I’m obsessed with getting rid of nearly everything. Would probably be different if I still had a nice room to display it.
  16. 1112 Ozzy has the better song, but that Romantics song played at Ben Franklin when I worked there during high school in the late 90’s so it’s an easy vote.
  17. To add to my post above. Mononoke and Spirited Away are nearly perfect movies. Nausicaa and Arrietty are the most underrated. Totoro and Kiki and Laputa and Cagliastro are must watches too. Howl and Ponyo lag behind but are solid watches. The more humanized stuff is not nearly as good IMO.
