Yeah I knew there wasn’t anything specific from bandai or for Frankenstein itself but was hoping someone knew exactly which np or warning sheet was in there.
The person selling this copy says he is the original owner and only played the game a couple times then put it away. Perhaps you can probe him for more info.

I have been keeping track of every game at my site www.nestalgia.ca so you can check there if you want. Go to Consoles at the top, then click a game name to see what we have accounted for.
@Code Monkey Is the listing of Ninja Gaiden II on your site 100% complete? Was it verified with a sealed game? I have the same question for Mendel Palace.

Which way is the manual facing? Looks like it's facing towards the back just like the NP insert.
Correct, it was facing towards the back like the Nintendo Power insert.

I have a couple more pictures of when I first opened it. Under further inspection, I do see the white of what appears to be the manual behind the Nintendo Power Advert. When I tugged on the plastic to get the cart out, the manual must of slid to the front of the box. Original statement about the manual being in the front of the box is retracted.

Most manuals are in the back. Crystalis might be a special exception because it has such a long manual that doesn't sit on the foam.

Wouldn't that mean that it's likely that many manuals would likely be slightly damaged as soon as they are open? I know that when I pack CIB items, I put manuals toward the back because otherwise the inner flap might bend or crumble the flap. We collectors care about these things, but factory workers wouldn't pay much mind.
That's what I would of thought too. Perhaps the manual slid to the front when I pulled the cart and advert out. When I put everything back, I put the manual in the back of the box.

So the manual is in front of the cart? I always thought it went in the back over the plastic bag.
When I pulled the plastic to get the cart out, only the Nintendo Power advert came out with it. I started thinking "where's the manual?" I then pulled the manual out from the front side of the box.

The posters I bought from him were in very good condition, his communication skills were excellent, and the items were packed superbly.
I wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again.
Thank you.

Ah, so you were the one that bought that one. I was very tempted to buy it for the price but the cart is discolored and I didn't know if it got wet inside.
Yes, it was a very good price considering how much sealed NES games go for and even if the contents were ruined, at least we would know beyond a shadow of a doubt what this game contains.
Besides a little bit of discoloration on the cart, a piece of the cart baggie torn off, and a rusted manual staple, the contents are in excellent shape.
