  2. Nintendoage used to have pictures of probably every Super NES game in its 100% complete state. That resource is gone now unless someone kept a list or downloaded all the pictures before NA went down.

I created this thread so members could exchange information on what made a certain Super NES game 100% complete. I could even make a list I would update every week if enough people were interested in that.

Thanks.  I'll check out that EA games video.  I never though of searching "EA games opening".  Which batteries do you think are the absolute best?  And do you guys like to install a battery holder + battery or just new battery?

The brand of battery doesn't really matter. I've only soldered batteries into SNES games, but I like to include a battery holder because once you remove the original battery from its position, it's pretty difficult to re-use the original holder for the new battery. Here's a picture of a battery replacement I did. It's nice and neat in there.

These are the Atlantic Oskar 1080 shelves. I just search online for the best deal, usually around $110-120.

Thanks. Do the SNES boxed games hang off at all on the shelves?

How do you guys feel about retroprotection nes box protectors vs kollector protector?

I like Kollector's a lot better. The ones I got from Kollector feel much more sturdier, the fit is snug, and the flaps stay where they are supposed to.

I've tried video game box protectors, retro protection and a few others. By far Kollector's were the best I've found, so much so I've started swapping out my other box protectors for Kollector's and giving the old ones away.

Reporting back after receiving kollector protector boxes in the mail.

Wow. They blow the other ones I got (likely .3mm) out of the water. Nes boxes fit perfectly snug (the others were quite loose which bothered me) and the beautiful thickness has made me a believer.

    Glad you're now a believer. 😀
