Well, did you send your order to their new location in california or old one in denver? These are the date of my order's deepbage payment dates (therefore, since when they have been in postgrading) I dont know how they handling times for new orders in california (IF someone has ordered there alredy please keep us updated) but if you sent it to denver.... you got a few months of wait my friend

I am looking to buy a budokai ps2 copy and found this guy that is selling his. The seal is in pretty good condition, has no holes on it, but I noticed there wasa a yellow circle and asked him if he could send more pictures. As you can see there is a yellow circle, but is not on the seal and the seal is not broken either. What is your opinion on this? In case i grade it afterwards, what would be watas consideration on this? The seal as you can see on the third picture is not broken or damage so i really dont understand how that yellow circle got there, the game is completely sealed on all sides, have the plastic tear on the bottom and the sony info tag seal on the top.

Hehehe funny that i bought this copy last week here in spain. Personally, I played a lot of KH2 when I was a kid and loved it, found this copy In a second hand market app very popular in spain for 40$ and I wanted to buy it. I like Japanese copies of games as the artwork is a bit different (for example this KH2 has the silver foil, PAL version is just plain white) and being KH for some reason it looks very nice to me. Eventually ill get it send to wata when they get their shit together and will have it graded and displayed at home next to my other ps2 games. I think it is probably a 9.6 A+, so 40$ + grading fee seems very reasonable for one of my childhood fav games.

WATA Reply to my inquiry about my order's delay: Good morning! I'm sorry for the extreme wait on your orders, but I'd like to explain the cause of the delay. We have been in a transitional phase since last summer due to a couple of issues. There were supply shortages caused by ships not being able to port due to Covid restrictions, and that caused a major backlog while we weren't able to send out orders. We're also in the midst of moving our office to Collectors Universe in California, which has temporarily held up the process, but will ultimately enable us to clear the backlog and get back to our normal turnaround times. All orders have been affected by these issues, and we're not currently hitting our estimates for any grading tier. However, the transition is going very well, and we have gotten the supply shortages under control. Now we're sending out as many orders as possible per day in the order they were received. Your orders are not at the front of the line yet, but they have moved way up since your order moved to post-grading, and they will be sent to the rapid ship line shortly. I don't have an ETA, but I can see that both ------ and ------- are approaching the front of the post-grading line. I hope that provides some clarity and assurance! Im sure they are still working old submissions in Denver.... cant see them renting 50 trucks to move all the orders they got pending, they probably try to rush and finish them while the new team/part of the team starts working at CU

WATA service right now is horrific to be honest. Got a speedrun order from september sitting on post grading for 3 months right now( gameboy games, so the ps2 cases excuse is not valid), another speedrun service from october also on postgrading for 2 months, and Im retard so submitted 2 more games last month and has been on scanned (it took them 2 weeks to scan them) since then. They dont even grade them fast as they used to do. They seem to be completely overloaded and dont know what to think, they should do like PSA did and cancel any new submissions that are not top tier payment but they clearly wont do that. How is VGA returning time now? I got a few more games id like to grade but not making the same mistake again

I got a couple more games Id like to grade, but wata turnaround times are SOOOOOO frustrating. I got my "speedrun" orders sitting on 7 months already.... and counting. VGA seems to be on the same path as pwata, and ive seen this player1grading company and was wondering if any of you have graded here already. It puts me back the fact taht you got to pay an annual suscription of 75$ i think and their service is 99$ (turnaround time supposed to be 30 days) Let me know if any of you guys got experience with them, thank you!

New addition to my collection, has anyone played it? I remember playing it on my PS2 demo disc back in the days, seemed like a bargain for 20€ and will look very nicely next to my dark cloud which was also in the same demo disc and probably the game I enjoyed the most on my PS2

Hi! Yes as Inasuma says, that lowers the grade as WATA has two different grade scale lets say, ypu got a seal grade and a box grade. You can have an A++ Seal and a 8 box with some damage as you say, or a 9.8 Box with a B seal which is open for example

Got a reply from wata customer service regarding this topic, if it can be useful for someone searching for it in the future Box opened at factory just indicates that although it looks like the box has been opened and it should be graded as CIB, the games have the correct seals on them, meaning the game has never been opened or tampered with by a consumer, and still counts as a sealed game.

Hello. Has anyone receive videogames graded from wata to europe? Did you have to pay taxes according to their declared value? Curious about this as I got an order there and initially was going to send them to my friend in the US so he could send them to me directly reducing the risk, but they offered me sending them to europe directly without extra charge.

Manage to get my hands on this beauty Its the PAL version (Im from Spain), waiting to get a couple more games together to make another shippment to WATA. Ive seen for how much the Digimon world NTSC graded goes for and almos shit myself ( I know its completely different NTSC and PAL but still)
