  1. God I wanna say I must have seen one in all my years of collecting. Now I am on a mission to find one. I shall report back.
  2. When did Little Samson become so rare. I always thought it was just a really good Uncommon game.
  3. OMG... the Wii U's library is 100X better than the CDI's library. I have both systems.
  4. I wonder what this will go for: https://www.ebay.com/itm/254953781832?nrd=true&pb=0&_trksid=p2385738.m4383.l4626.c10&autorefresh=true
  5. I would often point to these games when people said "oh the TurboGrafx is 8 bit, it only has an 8 bit CPU". SF = Turbo had arguably the definitive version of this game until Street Fighter 2 Turbo came to the SNES Gradius 2 was pretty much arcade perfect. Almost unimaginable for the time it was released. Sapphire = One of the first games, maybe the first?, to use real 3-d graphics on a home system. Ghouls N Ghosts = A great port even though the Genesis one does best it and it is technically not a TurboGrafx game but a SuperGrafx game. Just had to add it here for the cover alone. 1941 Counter Attack = Another SuperGrafx game. Good arcade port here. Only way to play on a home system until the Sega Saturn Japan release of one of those Capcom compilations. Strider = Ok this one was a crappy port with a lot of history behind it. Was originally planed for the SuperGrafx but ported over to the PC Engine CD instead. It, like Sapphire, requires the additional ram of the Arcade System card.
  6. Really.... I think three might be the best one ever. I really like them all actually. Love MGS and MGS3 the most.
  7. Ok then the cheapest and easiest way is by far to get a PC Engine DUO that has been region modded. The American DUO is much too expensive and they are the same machine. This is my advice as I always prefer original hardware over boutique stuff like the Analogue DUO. Although I doubt you could go wrong with Analogue DUO with their DAC combo either, and the video quality would probably be better on it.
  8. Oh the Analogue system is hdmi. You would then also have to buy their DAC. In that case, if you don’t wanna play CD games, then get the core grafx.
  9. Just going by Analogue's track record I would go with theirs because you can play the CD games also. Are you playing on LCD or CRT?
  10. C'mon. Get a core grafx. They are cheap enough. Or get the Analogue system.
  11. Oh just the two. I have doubles of Drac X, LoT, And Dragon Slayer with the map.
  12. Dude don’t wait. Prime your collection now. Prices will spike when they system is released.
  13. Ok well you think like me then. All my local friends always say SotN. I like that game but they messed with the OG Castlevania formula too much IMO. As far the the region mod questions goes... I have no idea honestly. I sent it out to have it done with the S-Video mod. I know an NEC expert if anyone wants any work done on their system. He is very reasonably priced too.
  14. Best Castlevania ever. Yeah I said it, go ahead and fight me. And let’s all migrate over the the TurboGrafx love thread. No need for two at the same time.
