@docile tapeworm is mathematically the Shooter champion of 2023. He needs to just finish 5th place in order to secure the win. If he finishes lower than 5th and Gloves wins, Gloves will be the champion for having 2 wins, 2nd place and a 4th place against 2 wins, a 2nd place and a 6th place. His path to the championship is pretty clear.

Reset the NES twice before entering the code and Tyson will almost never go into the pattern with the 8 seconds punch delays.

Months. I followed this saga closely. But they found a way to manipulate the RNG with double resets to make so Tyson wouldn't go into te 8 seconds without uppers pattern.

No, it does not. It is lowest time. If you make 10:00 minutes on Tyson, but was much faster on the other fighters, then you will be ahead of someone who beat Tyson but didn't do as good on the other fighters.
