Anyone play this game? It's pretty sweet. Mario 3D World meets the Yoshi's series.

I've not played this one yet (no ps5) but I've played all of the other LittleBigPlanet games. Looks to be a logical next step for the series. 

I liked LBP1&2 and the PSP game. 3 was pretty weak. 

I'll have to pick this up when I get a ps5 for sure.

Felt Sackboy was pretty generic and underwhelming.  I had a lot of fun with Astro Bot, that was a pleasant surprise for a pack in/extended tech demo.

Ratchet and Clank is also great.

I've played a few times online with one of my buddies, but I found it to be a bit bland. It's one of those games that's just kind of there. You play it until you beat it and then you move on, never to have it cross your mind again. That being said, the music based levels are pretty cool and it would be a nice chill game to play with my son.

I have heard mixed reviews. But, given how much I love the LBP series, if or when I get a PS5 I will definitely get it and play it.

I just finished it actually, and while I liked it, I felt exactly as some others already mentioned - a bit generic and forgettable. I love the sackboy character and I still think about the original Little Big Planet 10+ years after having played it but I thought everything in the series after the original was just forgettable.

I'm gonna backpedal a little bit after playing some more this past week. Some of the level designs are truly awesome (way more interesting than Super Mario 3D World). It's just a damn shame the gameplay is so generic. I feel like I'm just trudging along through these amazing levels. It's a weird dissonance.
