Online database / website creator

Does anyone here have any recommendations for (preferably free, yet decent quality) online database/website creators? 

Despite going back to work full-time, I'm still basically sitting around evenings with little to do, so this might be the one (and only) time to scan shit and make a database documenting it.

I'm just finishing up a 3 month project for my main client so after that I'll get back into it. I think I will start a Google Sheet people can edit but I don't want to enter thousands of items manually so I need to write a script to export to a spreadsheet.

I'm not sure if the content I have would necessarily be appropriate for VGS (Dain wasn't interested when I shopped the idea to him years ago) but who knows?

I might send out a few messages later see what we can do
