    No fuck this game, it's not bad but playing this way is pretty much zero fun. I put a few hours in today and i'm over it, if i wake up in the middle of the night i'll probably try some more but I really doubt i'll improve my time. Having to do one run straight through there's just so many resets it gets old fast.

    It just seemed very random how they were released/fell and I swear sometimes the bird would appear quickly after you punched it sometimes there was a delay and I thought the letters would sink into the water at different speeds too

    I agree, I’ve had time the last few days but haven’t been motivated to give it a go, six pictures seems daunting. I’ll play this weekend thou

    I’m not complaining cause I won this week I was just pointing out in our scenario it makes no difference its really the same as last year to be champion you’ll have to win the final game

    The points are so skewed toward the third round getting first or second doesn’t even matter you just need to win last week 1st(20)+1st(20)+2nd(40) is 80 2nd(18)+2nd(18)+1st(45) is 81

    Is the in game time cumulative or are we just posting our best times from any run?

    I would try to get 29-30 out of the first two levels usually about 18 from the first level on the third level I would let one of the first few letters drop and then try to collect the others while punching the bird when the letter hit the water I’d get the spinach hit the guy and collect the letter in the water then head back to the top punch the bird and not collect any more letters until i died from a letter sinking then I’d just repeat with my other lives

    But it was just the time limit in that last level the enemies weren’t overly difficult I would just get to a three form final boss and have like 20 seconds to do it For me it’s the hard levels in shitty games that seem most difficult because I’m not enjoying what I’m playing on top of the challenge

    I found if you don’t have any shields on the regular enemies don’t shoot homing missiles so if you’re good at avoiding the enemies and normal shots might be easier for you I tried but for me just using the shields and taking the damage when I had to worked best

    I beat starship hector, i found it difficult but I dont consider myself very good at shooters
