in retrospect, Clinton should have been found guilty and removed from office too.

This is shaping up to be more controversial than the impeachment topic.
lol! I did come out of the gate swinging.

the burden of proof is not on me. It's on proving hypnosis IS real. Of which there is none.

Sorry. but it's true.
"but I went to a hypnotist and they helped me quit smoking." Congratulations. you went to a therapist who told you could quit smoking if you wanted to, so you did.
"but my sister/boyfriend/cousin went up on stage and thought they were a chicken" they have a good imagination and felt comfortable enough to play along.
"But they made that person instantly fall asleep" Notice the first thing the hypnotist says to the person is "you can still hear me"... no duh. Because they are not really asleep.
hypnosis is just gobbledygook for "use your imaginations" or "do the things that they already want to do." It gives them an excuse for their behavior (similar to how some people tend to blame it on being hungry, or tired) and is a convenient crutch to try something new or to tackle a problem that you felt was beyond your control. It's a placebo. And as we all know, placebos actually can sometimes work because people believe they will work. If a trusted authority gave someone a sugar pill and told them it will alleviate their pain, and they will tell you, "yes, it doesn't hurt so bad anymore".

Depending on the topic, there's left, far left, burying the needle, and THEN Scott Adams.
The dilbert dude? I'm pretty sure he is a diehard Trump supporter. or was.

Have you done the controller updates? Those helped mine perform much better
I don't remember. I think I did a recalibration or something like that

my kids all have accounts on my switch and it appears that Nintendo lumped them all together, so I can' t see how much only I played. But I'm pretty sure it was just a few hours.

Impeachment process has been a busy box for the resistance libs. Something to fill the hole now that the Mueller report is in the rearview. Everyone with a shred of realism has always known that he will never be removed from office while Republicans control the senate. This doesn't mean I think he shouldn't have been impeached, just that we should only invest the bare minimum of energy to formalize the process and leave the stain on his record. I do think having it all come down so firmly to a party line vote sends a dangerous message going forward: that any president who's party has the majority in congress is above the law.

A late update for Q*berts Qubes. Make sure you switch to Difficulty A to start from level 1!! (I just learned this after struggling for a bit) Difficulty B starts at level 6. (this is the inverse of the traditional difficulty switch usage)
The qube in the upper left is a model of what you are trying to rotate the others to match. (4 in a row)
unlike the arcade version, you don't get a visual of the cube actually rotating, (it just flashes color) but the cube DOES rotate to a new side, it will rotate in whichever direction you jump off.
A strategy that is work for me is to go for the cubes that have one of the 2 front facing sides match, and then spin the cube on whichever axis will maintain that face until the rest matches.
try to avoid the 2 cubes in the 2nd row from the top as much as possible, as this is where the enemies spawn.
on the bonus rounds, you spin each cube freely (without hopping away until you've made it match).
I'm starting to get much better at this, but in retrospect, I may have set the challenge score too high. (I typically set challenge scores by aligning it to the median score posted in the Atariage High Scores contest).

Oh! I thought you meant something else. Yes. My original joycons have had drifting and syncing issues. I have not sent them in to get fixed though. The updates seem to have helped and they run fine now. You know Nintendo is fixing them for free if you send them in, right? Have the updates not helped in your case?
I just never got around to sending them in. A bit of a hassle.

I got a switch but it is primarily used by my kids.
They like: Fortnite, Hello Neighbor, Smash Bros, Arms, Zelda, Splatoon
some games I really liked: Celeste, Tumbleseed, Sine Mora, Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes
I also found some good multi-player games:
Overcooked, Lovers in Dangerous Space Time, Crawl, Killer Queen
Biggest complaint with the system is the controllers turned to crap so fast.

movie: Once upon a time in hollywood
Game: I didn't play any new games, so I guess I'll go with Dig Dug?

I should put my NES game atlas in a binder.

Full set collecting is too daunting for me to consider for any system. Especially any 1000+ set

To be honest, we can't pretend to have the slightest clue how many protesters have died in Hong Kong, considering how many of them have simply disappeared. The story of the people of Hong Kong seems to be generally more relatable to western audiences, considering that it was a pretty stable region in comparison with Chile, Ecuador, Haiti, etc.
I think the explanation is simpler.. It fits the narrative of "China bad", whereas Chile protests is reaction to the austerity economics of neoliberalism.

@Scrobins you are added to the leaderboard.
His submission brings up a good talking point. How many scores should displayed per game category? 1, 3, 5? Also can a user only hold one score per game category or hold multiple?
My opinion is 5 top scores per category and a user can hold multiple:
i.e.
Game X (Top Score)
1. Scrobins
2. Scrobins
3. Gloves
4. Rain Warrior
5. Gloves
However I want this to be more of a discussion then what I think.
For the Atari leaderboard, I did a top 3 and, 1 score per user/game

At lot of great games this past decade. Hard to just pick one. A lot of the big ones are sequels to IPs that were started in previous decades. I would say one of the most impactful and interesting NEW IPs of the past decade was Five Nights at Freddy's. It completely galvanized the whole videogame streamer movement.

Donkey Kong is pretty cool. It has the 4 arcade levels and then 90+ more levels of mario vs donkey kong type gameplay. You control more like super mario than Donkey Kong mario, and you can pick things up a la Super Mario 2
