    i was too young to experience this cereal so i cant tell you. but from what ive heard it was like cheap fruit loops or something like that. however that didnt stop me from getting an unopened box of the cereal as a collectors item lol. i wish i could have experience it though. but at this point 31 year old mushroom shaped cereal would taste like s*** and wont even get me high! totally stole that from mad mad mario

    my niece still does and shes 10 and 1/2. i figured out at a very young ago that santa didnt exist. no one told me just me being a logical person even at the age of 6 it didn't make since how some fat man could fit down a 5 inch wide chimney and come through glass. (it was a gas stove)

    yes but it doesnt give any reason for a response like that. i get offers too i simply say im firm or i accept or sent a new offer. i don't talk down to the person and say its a somewhat offensive question or basically say i find one he doesn't get first.

    i admit i have been lucky over the year on ebay. but still it was surprising to me. i understand about the offers part ive had many crap offers over the years too. like i said above i prefer to ask them in a message vs sending an offer because ive put in offer and lost the item. sending a message is usually faster and ive never had a response like this till now. he could have simply said i'll do it for this price or im firm with my price. i just felt his repose was out of line.

    Ok i can see this is tuning in to a hate thread. i genuinely thought this guys response about asking if he was firm with his price ebay was rude and thought i should bring it up here as a warning to any one buying from him. instead it backfired. i admit saying he had a stick of his arse and calling on ebay was a bit much i am sorry on that. infact to any of you that got offended at my response i will send him an apology on that cause i really didn't mean for this thread to turn into this. But a nicer response from him would have been "im firm with my price" or something like that.

    Paypal denied me again... They didn't even have the decency to email me this time.. even with a police report of my own and evidence that this guy was blackmailing me. i don't know what else to do at this point. paypal nor fedex give two craps about my situation... so from what i learned fedex insurance is completely useless. and paypal will always favor the buyer no matter what. and i thought ebay was bad. (i have won with ebay a few times on the seller end) I'll try a few last ditch things. Ive heard that i can sue papal for this from Armageddon Potato in the situation that paypal helped the buyer get his money back wrongfully and damages for wasting my time in the matter. According to him i can win cause they never show up for small claims like that. but do i dare try that? this has been going on for months and it got me nowhere. and sorry this keeps showing up in the feed. i don't want to sound like i'm complaining but this really is a major issue with paypal for sellers! SO please do me a favor and everyone close your accounts with paypal. Paypal cant be trusted when it comes to scammers and with a 6 month return window basically says we like buyers not sellers. Its impossible to win.

    i completed my set for usa including the test cart a few years ago. but ive also been going toward getting all EU and JP exclusives too. i think the most expansive of the JP ones in getter love and sculpters cut is the rarest us release.

    yes im working on it. aperently the place i mail it out has to take care of the claim not me. thats why it was denied. i really hate fedex. usps is so much easier to do a claim. and i would have done usps but my sister mailed it out and accidentally send it fedex instead of usps.

    yeah i know... and i thought ebay was bad. i Did submit my police report on my end so im fighting fire with fire. i bet a big class action lawsuit would put a stop to this.

    I already started the claim for fedex 5 days ago actually. Still no reply. But if they do reply and actually support the issue by returning my money then i'll just drop the paypal claim. ive run an ebay business for years and have been very fortunate not to have any major issues. but ive never dealt with fedex before via claims.

    no leave it. if you try to remove it you could damage the shrink wrap. personally if i got a sealed game that had an original price tag doesnt devalue it if its the one from the store it came from.

    i filed the claim about 3 days ago. if i get the money from fedex paypal will be dropped or visa versa. if i somehow end up with both ends then i'll return the money to him on paypal.

    it was all in one package. he sent the displays only. i believe one of two things happened. fedex open the package to check the contents and left part of the items out by mistake due to it looking like the packaging. or he has them all and is just lying about them missing.
