Very cool!! Post like these always make me smile knowing there’s still hope of finding rare stuff and good deals out there. I was lucky enough to get my CIB commando steel on eBay ages ago before people knew about it. I think the only rare DS I managed to find CIB at any game store was Black Sigil and it was for a good price, also way before people really knew about it. I’ve never found a rare CIB DS game at a flea market or goodwill or anything like that and I don’t even see rare CIB DS games at game stores for any price. I pretty much only see them on eBay.

Man those are some nice DS pickups!!!! Commando steel is pretty darn hard to find CIB! In the wild no less!

I agree with you. The backtracking and time limit became annoying after a bit and I was always bummed most of the masks didn’t do anything significant.

Gave it a 9 only because there are other zelda games I enjoy more like link to the past and wind waker. Botw and oracle of seasons, oracle of ages and links awakening may compete with it too but could be 9s as well.

Maybe best bang for your buck thread. I’m not sure there really is a cheap hidden gem anymore. I’d say most have been found and those that haven’t are probably on switch and might not be cheap yet because it’s the current gen.

He just figured out an alternate way to get a legit mew. I still have my Japanese copy of diamond with the glitch where you can surf through the door in the elite 4. I consider my darkrai and shaymin I can get from this glitch to be legit even though I don’t use the event items to unlock these Pokémon.

I gotta say the Pokémon one really impresses me. I’ve never met anyone who got mew legitimately back in the day. That event was incredibly limited and without the internet to get event pokemon back then, that’s a truly impressive feat. If I knew more about the other 3 games I might vote for one of them but Pokémon gets my vote.

I just finished up a years long quest of trial and many errors tonight by winning all 3 cups on Mario Strikers Charged on Extreme difficulty with zero losses. I have beaten all 3 cups on this difficulty many times but have always had a couple losses. It was very difficult to do but I ended up going 37-0-0 tonight. It is definitely my greatest gaming achievement. My other one may be coming in the top 1 or so percentile on one of the Tetris 99 events where I won $15 in eshop credit. I am curious to hear what your greatest achievements are. Did you do a no death or no hit run? Did you do a speed run? Did you get a crazy high score or break the scoring system? Did you beat a game on a crazy difficulty? Win a tournament?

Yea you’re right. I was just saying for me I don’t miss them because they’re still making the games I care about. But yea it’s be nice if they were making stuff for all their series to please all fans.
