Article and Guide Re-Creation

I was wondering, does GoCollect "own" all data assets of NA? Meaning if there's articles and guides that were created on that forum that are still accessible, would copying that data here would be a violation of that owned asset? What if a thread that existed over there was started by a user that also made an account here: who "owns" it, the original creator of the thread or GoCollect?

I know that you can access good chunks of the site in Archive.org Wayback. If it's not stepping on anyone's toes/violating ownership rules, are there any articles or guides that need to be ported from there to here?
