Loctite about as close as you'd get to the actual glue that was used in the first place. (Except by later copies of Acclaim titles after they were allowed to print their own boards and faab their own cartridges. That glue didn't hold and soaked through labels over time discoloring whites and light colors. See any copy of Bartman Meets Radioactive Man for an example. )
