Oval Sega logo on PAL Psycho Fox? (SMS)

I picked up a PAL copy of Psycho Fox this month and noticed this oval Sega logo that I haven’t seen on other Psycho Fox boxes, PAL or otherwise, nor any other SMS game box. Maybe some longtime Sega vets can help me out? Is it a weird variant? A printed cover? Nothing at all?

That's the sticker seal you see on some PAL SMS games it was placed there

What Hybrid said. Many PAL MS and MD games had a sticker on the side where the clamshell opens:

Thank you both for the responses. Shows how much I know. I’ve never actually seen a sealed SMS or Genesis/Mega Drive game before, were these stickers only found on PAL copies?

Yep only on PAL releases, we had very few that ever came shrink wrapped almost all were sealed this way.
