The Offspring is better than Green Day by a long shot, however, in the context of these songs Green Day wins.  IMHO, you pitted one of my least favorite songs of one band against one of the better songs of the other.

I'm not saying Green Day sucks.  They're just no where near as good as a punk band as The Offspring was.

I hadn't heard of either song from 2. 

4 was also tricky, but I went with the better song out of the two (Green Day) even though The Offspring is probably the better band.
