Oh yeah! I guess the main point is that the S&K cart is historically a very unique device being both a game as well as an add-on device. Quite revolutionary for its time and possibly the only one of its kind in the cart era.

8/10 - With or without S&K this is my favorite Sonic game because it has my favorite levels (Angel Island, Ice Cap).  Also like that this is the game that introduced the "Collect Blue Spheres" bonus stages.  I'd go higher than an 8 except it's a bit too short and easy, especially with the save feature.
